    The bad experience with @VodafoneIN continues. Like when one want to port to pre-paid , you are doing paper transactions? Only cash payment is accepted, when PMO is promoting digital payment ? Customer need to go and find Xerox m/c and ATMs?

When i dialled a number vi playing a recorded msg of Yami Gautam and then telling me to press 1 to subscribe the package. I don't want to subscribe the garbage package, so am waing but call disconnecting! Forcing selling

    @ViCustomerCare Please don't go for vi sim very bad experience i had recently ported my jio sim to vi but the experience is very the network is very slow and always get E and 2g phone calls drop i had now very regert that why I ported to vi i had complaind to vi but they not provide resolution
