    It’s been wonderful conversation with one of @VodafoneIN representative RE my problem. He assured me to look into matter but didn’t said when it’s going to resolve! Again to use mobile data need to do long walk as It’s not working at home. so thanks @VodafoneIN to make me walk!

    The bad experience with @VodafoneIN continues. Like when one want to port to pre-paid , you are doing paper transactions? Only cash payment is accepted, when PMO is promoting digital payment ? Customer need to go and find Xerox m/c and ATMs?

    @DRVIRALYVAGHELA @ViCustomerCare So far not any major issue with #VodafoneIdea , it’s working fine. Though some deductions happen for callertunes with out our request. Though they credit back after I raise an issue over Twitter. Not sure about #VodafoneIdea business . Hope this survive in India
