    @sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI I am facing the same problem Mr Sanyal. My husband has visited the gallery 3 times n asked them to cancel the number. Mine beig the alternate number, I keep getting calls n msgs....getting fed up I finally paid the bill and lo ! Next month my husband gets another bill ! Scam !!

    @ViCustomerCare You people can't resolve the issue. The person called me said there is a problem with indoor coverage but currently they can't fix it. Then no point sending the massage stating your quarry resolved. 🤔😠🤔

    @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare Uploaded is the Photograph of a customer shouting out his case. Very sad sight. Will Vi settle my case without giving more anxiety to senior people. I have great respect for Birlas but no-customer contact policy and the lethargic staff will kill this company.
