    @ViCustomerCare Completely useless service! Their SM team takes days to even understand the problem! For all those on @Twitter trying to activate a God-forsaken #Vi sim, keep entering a random ‘5 digit otp’ 4-5 times & you will be asked to enter last digits of the proof provided eg. aadhar!

    @ViCustomerCare I was promised by your CC to receiving a call to resolve my late night issue of Rs. 128/- package which will work only after 11pm. It's 2:08 am.But no call no support.they have kept my issue hanging from last 3 weeks. disgusting service @Vodacom @VodafoneGroup

    After #AirtelTariffHike now #VodafoneIdea also follows suit (which is all @ViCustomerCare knows). Starting Nov 25 all plans have been hiked by ~25%. Pathetic... Poor service and then this is another one after a hike only a couple of months ago. Thankfully, I switched then.
