    Shocking experience with @ViCustomerCare Visited VI Store, Sanjay Place, Agra, for a duplicate SIM after my phone was stolen. Staff refused to help and insisted that I first port my family's Jio numbers to VI postpaid. A duplicate SIM is a customer right, not a sales opportunity.

    @ViCustomerCare No one is able to call my number. I keep calling but it keeps getting disconnected. Why is this happening to the Vi sim person? I've called from other SIMs too and they're having the same problem. Tell me what to do?
