@ViCustomerCare 6 calls in one hour[between 8:30-9:30am, not a suitable time](Disconnecting & leaving quick responses doesn't concern you). You get furious to talk to customer soon & only after they put-up a request to PORT. never such dedication before. 1/4

@ViCustomerCare It is very disappointing that Vi has inconsistent network coverage. Calls are dropping and there is no any action took for improving the network coverage. It is surprising that there is no customer complaint option or speaking with the customer care representative
