    If I had a complaint like this in @airtelindia or @reliancejio then some within 30 min someone must have call and activated my SIM. But @ViCustomerCare is just worse than everyone else. I am sure that within 14th May also the SIM can't be delivered.

    @ViCustomerCare Just saying that avoid entering incorrect number is not correct. Pls note that the problem occurred in VI APP where I chose profile of 81xxxxxx41 but at time of recharge it got automatically changed to default profile number of 91xxxxxx93. Its problem at your APP end.

    @ViCustomerCare Again I lost network again and again why this problem happened, I recharged for 2months unlimited but the network strength and signal is very poor. The speed of network is like 2G why this problem occurred again and again. Please correct it as soon as possible

    @ViCustomerCare Disappointed with the service at the Vi Store (MG Rd, near JK Hotel, Aurangabad, Bihar 824101). The staff was unprofessional and refused to assist with choosing a new SIM number, treating the store like a roadside service. Please look into this. #Vi

    @ViCustomerCare Most hopeless post paid service providers. No resolution for complaints regarding my incorrect name on the Vi app and otherwise. Replaced my official name to a name of their vhoice.Terrible personal experience. Do not go for this IRRESPONSIBLE Vi Mobile.

    @ViCustomerCare Stuck on Day-1, Porting from jio to Vi GoG postpaid plan. My jio network gone and Vi network not activating to Esim. Its been 3 hrs of back and forth request/process still no luck. :(

    @ViCustomerCare Ordered a new Vi SIM on May 9th via the app, but still no delivery. Executives only call to delay it further. Poor experience as a new customer. Please resolve this ASAP!

    @ViCustomerCare Why it is required to call me 5 times a day. Just send a person to deliver the SIM at my location. Is that solution not going through ??? Instead of calling me, your company can activate the SIM in the past 4 days . But you choosing to not to do that.
