@ViCustomerCare we've applied for sim replacement on 14 9 21of no. 9425124593 name satish patel but without giving Valid reason it got failed as a govt servant no. Is officially very important for communication. Worst kind of response is received by Vi time and money got wasted.

Internet is not working since morning , no even getting 100 kbps and @ViCustomerCare expects that users will be with them with this pathetic network , I think i am gonna port to other operator as problem is not solved , many users in my locality have ported already

@ViCustomerCare We re govt servant and we are not able to get sim replacement. Worst telecom service provider in india from the last 3 days not able to replace an old sim no. 9425124593 we got frustrated with this Vi everyone please do not chose Vi else you'll be in a big trouble
