    @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia From 217GB to 94GB when plan changed from 399 to 499 (without asking me) Then from 94GB to 60GB after I reverted back to 399. That’s how you rob a customer of 150+GB of data in matter of mins! Fraud has a new definition, and that’s VI !

    Have got 3GB add-on too just now, still it fails to work. Also, have checked all my phone settings and there is no limit on data, so the issue is with the server! @VodafoneIN

    @ViCustomerCare worst service ever. It was my mistake to leave @Airtel_Presence and move to #vodafoneidea . #Airtel is far better and far ahead in terms of service.

    @ViCustomerCare 3rd Class Internet service of Vi at Vill-Bijauli Bhaiya,Barhaj,Deoria,U.P-274603 but stubborn employee of Vi don’t listen our grievances about the service, every time procrastinate our complaint,We are 4 user of Vi & decided to port our No into other telecom.

    @ViCustomerCare i am facing very high ping issue in my mobile no 8750027688 the normal ping is 250+ I had purchased a new sim because of jio network problems but now I think I should not come to VI network Please solve it as soon as possible or after 15 days i will break the sim

    @ViCustomerCare after complaining numerous time no solution has been extended by you.. Facing a network and calling issue for almost 5 years but nothing is done.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia First you upgrade my plan without my permission and then you wipe off all my accumulated data in the name of plan change, and you can only explain further after bill generates! Open fraud! Senseless customer care! Hence good bye!!
