@ViCustomerCare why have you stopped otp sms and without any information. I am not able to login to any bank accounts due to your service. I have recharged my phone twice and your employees don't have any clue about this. This is actual harrasment and @TRAI is supporting it?

@ViCustomerCare Have received a response,I am bit surprised by the explaonation.The complaint was made on 17 Oct 2022,and the TAT promised was 90 days. Now on 1st of March 2023 there is a new TAT of another 90 days, after 90 days there will be a new TAT. Where is the resolution? तारीख पर तारिख.

@ViCustomerCare Dear team,This is very cheapest thing happening to me i switch in Vi network from jio but they making me in troubble I take no 9795979393 they blocked it for some reason But its been more then 9 days my postpaid no is blocked by team And no any responce by them

@vvinoy @ViCustomerCare It's a common story with Vi. I have opened 50 request in last 6 months, but they will just frustrate you and will never resolve the problem

@ViCustomerCare I have recently recharged with a 4g data voucher worth ₹29 for 2gb, out of which I only used 200 mb and seems like I have wasted my money. So I request you to please make the service validity of data vouchers to plan validity. Don't be foolish, it's 21st century!
