@ViCustomerCare it's been over a week since I upgraded to your new plan of 499 pm, wherein I was told that my internet speed would increase. Since then my internet speed has been extremely slow. I am not even able to play any song or use Google maps or load any social media app.

@DoT_India i am not able to get information on my old account on which @ViCustomerCare is claiming to have outstanding but they are not able to fetch the 2-3 month historic payment data. Currently i am ported to @reliancejio network.
