@ViCustomerCare A simple sorry response. No change in service even after a week. @TRAI we depend on these companies for business but they charge us in advance not to serve but cheat. Their tower is down, no internet for last so many days. Is there any rule against it? @jagograhakjago r v served

@ViCustomerCare the absolute worst in india no Wonder they are in loss.I ported out my number back on 1 February 22 and they are still processing my refund of mere 161₹ everytime the same answer we will get back to you in 3-5 working days,yet no response after mail @TraiIndia
