    @ViCustomerCare Hi Afzal! Thanks so much for getting back but we’ve spoken to over 20 customer reps so far with no avail and we’re honestly exhausted of this social media appeasement. Thank you for reaching out though! Hopefully Vodafone is paying attention at its upper levels of management
