    @krishna10 @VodafoneIN Two suggestions : 1. Get a simex done from the nearest store (Mostly seems like a sim issue) 2. If the problem persists DM me the address of the place where you are finding an issue or whatsapp me at 9824000538 will have someone to chk it

    @MRAIS5786 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Same problem here in airtel. After long facing this type of problem,i understand humanity of airtel and i can do only Rs.35 recharge. For validity and talk time of Rs.26. For data use i prefer @VodafoneIN Ground level you feel 4g+ speed in @VodafoneIN any time

    @VodafoneIN guys plz change your Sim to any other compny from vodafone. Atlst there will be some high-speed networks and they will serve u better. Vodaofone is continusly giving too slow speed in 4G plan.

    @ViCustomerCare I just called VI customer care and asked a simple question: When will I get 5G service? I have been waiting for two years. The representative said they are working on my area. When I asked again how much more time it will take, he did not give a clear answer.

    @ViCustomerCare This experience clearly reflects a lack of customer understanding and support. Therefore, I have decided to switch to another operator. 20th December will be my last day with VI. I was a loyal user, but this experience has changed my decision.
