Guy at Jio was unprofessional and rude refused to help. Instead of helping customers he was busy with his phone setting up callertune. Well change my mind, i am staying with @ViCustomerCare.

Customer care guy told me "we can't to anything, you recharge again with ₹ 500 or you move to other network. After being a customer for 17 Yr this is what you get. There was one point of time, where the Vi network was completely shut down for months due to natural calamity in my place ! Thought of having it ported to JiO but something stopped me from doing it. I don’t know why I’m still stuck with old Voda Sim but enjoying it … keep it up @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @ViCustomerCare .. bring the change !!!
