    @VodafoneIN @youbroadband there are multiple similar complaints like mine and are yet to be resolved. I think there is some serious issue with your customer service. Either you don't have workforce or people are not willing to work.

    @ViCustomerCare is the most shameless network provider one can be associated with, first of all they have this stupid policy to stop customer to move their connection from post paid to pre-paid,then they are adamant for you to try their network at lower tarrif, internet is down.
