    @ViCustomerCare network going worst day by day...no rescue from continuous fluctuations ! Pathetic #vodafoneidea #VOLTE #4G , this area severely impacted last 8 months... All day and night hardly we get 1 bar Singal and someone calls out of network.

    @ViCustomerCare I opted to portout but VI retention team gave fake commitment. Even committed to deliver upgraded sin card. But no one visited yet. Worst network experience.

    @ViCustomerCare You guys have such a terrible privacy policy. Recieved 15 calls a day regarding loans and what not. Securing your customers privacy is your job. And you're failing at it. @Suhelseth

    @ViCustomerCare when is wifi calling coming in Vi network in pune?? May with wifi calling I’ll be able to male and receive call as Vi is not capable of providing signal strength even after so Many complaints 😡

    @ViCustomerCare WORST decision of my life would be get VI SIM card. I had two numbers as post paid. I had requested to disable the two numbers and they smartly disabled only one and kept charging the second number Rs. 1023 and now I have been charged for first number too Rs 109.

    @ViCustomerCare The worst network I have ever tried. My biggest mistake, I made a 84 days recharge. I will switch to Airtel or Jio the day the validity expires. The network is so bad, people have to call on my whatsapp.

    Thought of giving Vi a shot #vodafoneidea @ViCustomerCare Sim Delivered, KYC and Back End activation done in 60mins. No activation sms for 3 hours!! Everyone clueless. No pin to provide at 59059! No customer care to go to!!
