@heytal @sushantjoshi Yup. @VodafoneIN has been erratic to put it mildly. On my way back from Mumbai yesterday, there was no service in the entire stretch covering Lohegaon, Aundh and Khadki. Terrible!

@VodafoneIN I am a very old customer of Vodafone and nowadays, I am having unbelievable trouble w the network services provided by Vodafone. So I went to the store and was told that because of @VodafoneIN and @Idea coming together I am having network problems.

@iamjunedshelat @VodafoneIN Lol.. my calling also affected now.. Vodafone somehow chooses Idea tower for my area.. And Idea is worst here.. indoor network is 0. @VodafoneIN please look into this. Do proper evaluation before rolling out any changes.. Help..!!

@DoT_India Had raised complaint for bad network to @ViCustomerCare on 28Sept'21 & was promised improvements by 28Dec'21. Further was promised by 01Jan'22. False promises as no improvement has been seen. Can you let me know the process for raising an official complaint with you?
