    @VodafoneIN is the worst telecom operator in India, very poor connectivity - call drop-outs, digital garbling/noise during a call, difficulty hearing other caller, highly variable signal, slow mobile internet, internet timeouts

    After further follow up on mail he received a mail asking him to visit his nearest Vodafone service centre, in Vadodara, Gujarat, though he has informed Vodafone office that he is in US. @VodafoneIN

    A Vodafone customer has gone to US. Before leaving he asked Vodafone service to keep his number on Hold. However as his stay in US got extended Vodafone deactivated his number. @VodafoneIN

    @VodafoneIN Your chatbot is of no help. Your customer care numbers are never connecting to an agent to talk to...I am not able to deactivate the packs that you activated on your own.

    Dear @Vodafone_Group @ViCustomerCare @TRAI when I taken postpaid plan my internet working smoothly and when I convert my number from postpaid to prepaid, situation is change. I download 65MB file from last 4hours but still 23MB file is downloaded. Sir, I pay for better service.

    @ViCustomerCare Happy to inform vi that my data speed problem is resolved now. Getting good speed in my area now but point to be notes that sometimes network flactuate 4g to 3g and sometimes 2g even need to work on that issue. Apar from this good going vi.
