@VodafoneIN facing pathetic network services. Calls dropping, calls failing, voice crackles, low speed 4G internet speed. Ticket logged (36359118831), but I am sure it’s of no use. The network issue persists since Vodafone merged with Idea.

@VodafoneIN Not going to pay rental for next 2 months and from onwards to network issue resolves. Please note, you charge us 100 for paying late and why should I pay you if your will not solve problems on time. I'm expecting solution till 28th not your feedback or reason of problem.

@ViCustomerCare Hi there is a serive got activated named jetsynt_thelolclub to my vi number without my permission and 45/- got deducted from my balance. I don't even don't know what is it. Deactivate the service ASAP & refund the amount and make sure to not repeat it next time.

@ViCustomerCare Dear network, your service is very poor, there is a lot of lack of good networks in our area due to which I am having a lot of trouble using the net or making calls, please bother to get it correct or will have to be ported to another network.
