@VodafoneIN @Idea what a pathetic network you have since last 4 days at my place. Call is dropping every 10 sec. I am not able to raise a complaint by calling your customer care. I think time to switch other network after using idea for last 15 years

@VodafoneIN 5th month on, still no network after the outage in April! @VodafoneIN visited several Vodafone stores multiple times & finally the SIM got replaced on Sunday, still the SIM is inactive and heavy bills&harrasment for collection without reason/usage @rmstakkar you are my last hope.

@VodafoneIN Had 2 step out again to text u guys I dn't hv network. Just say u r not capable or hv expertise 2 handle this. I will thn switch my network. Hv been paying bills regularly since last 10 yrs. U never hd issues frm my side but my issue of network is not being resolved

@care_DIR My issue with @VodafoneIN is almost over as they have done some correction and asked me to observe network. Regarding resolution of recharge plan they have rectified the mistake on both sim. Thanks for concern and support.

@ViCustomerCare and there was no bill due, as the porting process took some time and there's a bill generated for that period and now I'm getting calls to pay that bill, which I don't want to pay as I was not happy with the service and made so many complaints but the problem was not resolved.
