    @care_DIR My issue with @VodafoneIN is almost over as they have done some correction and asked me to observe network. Regarding resolution of recharge plan they have rectified the mistake on both sim. Thanks for concern and support.

    A Vodafone customer has gone to US. Before leaving he asked Vodafone service to keep his number on Hold. However as his stay in US got extended Vodafone deactivated his number. @VodafoneIN

    @VodafoneIN is the worst telecom operator in India, very poor connectivity - call drop-outs, digital garbling/noise during a call, difficulty hearing other caller, highly variable signal, slow mobile internet, internet timeouts

    @ViCustomerCare Please improve the services provided by you. Not able make a single call without a call drop. Hopeless network, hopeless internet speed. Even if i want to make a call for duration of 10 secs, the phone gets disconnected in 5-6 secs, its very irritating.
