    Shifted from @airtelindia to @ViCustomerCare and than to @JioCare but the network issue and the internet issues remain the same. The services are so pathetic. Just tierd with these private service providers. Never their customer resolves issues, only copy paste replies #trai

    @ViCustomerCare I have port from BSNL to VI but don't know why taken so much time to activation. I am abke to see VI network but calls are not getting connected. I have visiting VI store they also not given the exact activation ETA The UPC for your mobile BZ554322

    @ViCustomerCare There is nõ resolution, you guys are asking me to pay for unused services and whne the bill was paid and number was deactivated on 25th august why should i pay, already before that a month ago i stopped using the number, so you guys get it resolved from your team as its mistake

    @ViCustomerCare @AdityaBirlaGrp Vi fraud company they promote products which they cannot service .. then deliberately migrate customer to their choice plans .. Vi response we cannot do any thing you hv been migrated .. that means go to hell we are Vi this how we operate !!!

    @ViCustomerCare since we have initiated number port out request we are getting 4-5 calls daily in this regard. Stop this harassment immediately. @DoT_India @TRAI please take a note. Number porting is resulting in harassment from the service provider.
