    @VodafoneIN Sir looking at your speed of working i believe you will not be able solve issue in 2020. Even my friend circle is also facing such issues with Vodafone. We firmly believe I should port to another service provider.

    @ViCustomerCare done kyc thrice to convert a SIM card from postpaid to prepaid since 2nd of this month . Still KYC getting rejected . Is this how you treat a customer who has been associated for 25+ years … regretting to be associated .
