    @ViCustomerCare @AdityaBirlaGrp Vi fraud company they promote products which they cannot service .. then deliberately migrate customer to their choice plans .. Vi response we cannot do any thing you hv been migrated .. that means go to hell we are Vi this how we operate !!!

    When they put your call on hold @ViCustomerCare plays the following message “Thank you for being on hold. Our advisor will connect with you shortly”   without even a single breath in between. Sufficient to get irritated and make the customer hang up. Nice trick!

    Hope someone literate from your team understands the complaint andresolves it, hope there is no stupid person who will call and speak the scripted answers. It dosent work for evry customer so be customer oriented and not script oriented, be human n no robots @ViCustomerCare #scam

    Ajeeb Dastan Hai Yeh You can not call 🤙 to a #bsnl number from #vodafoneidea sim In 2023 📱. It simply say number invalid. @BSNL_UKD say the problem @ViCustomerCare and vice versa. @DoT_India #bsnlvi

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone Idea is a complete fraud. You didn't solve my network issues and now harassing me for making postpaid bill payments for services that I have not even used. I have thrown your SIM card to the place it belongs- the GUTTER! Stop expecting any payment from me.

    Very disappointing experience with @ViCustomerCare. Ordered a new prepaid SIM, paid recharge amount, opted for online eKYC, but the process failed due to app issue and now no support/resolution is being provided despite repeated follow-ups for hours.

    @ViCustomerCare VI network at pin code 799101 is completely zero; I can't even use the last recharge I purchased. Instead of providing the UPC code, the customer care team keeps insisting that I recharge again. Only Vodafone can commit such blatant fraud. If you care, share UPC to port number.

    @ViCustomerCare This has been an extremely disappointing experience. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no proper response, no accountability, and no clear resolution from your side. Disgusting service quality with equally disappointing customer support resolution.
