    @ViCustomerCare since we have initiated number port out request we are getting 4-5 calls daily in this regard. Stop this harassment immediately. @DoT_India @TRAI please take a note. Number porting is resulting in harassment from the service provider.

    @ViCustomerCare I have registered the Police Complaint also on the same. My 21 years of association with Idea seems to be nearing to the end I will port the same number to other Service provider

    @ViCustomerCare My Mobile data hasn’t been working since yesterday. I have sufficient mobile data, getting full signal and yet it’s not working. I’m not being able to use the internet through it. Please look into it ASAP, as a student request, treat this as urgent.

    Shifted from @airtelindia to @ViCustomerCare and than to @JioCare but the network issue and the internet issues remain the same. The services are so pathetic. Just tierd with these private service providers. Never their customer resolves issues, only copy paste replies #trai

    @ViCustomerCare There is nõ resolution, you guys are asking me to pay for unused services and whne the bill was paid and number was deactivated on 25th august why should i pay, already before that a month ago i stopped using the number, so you guys get it resolved from your team as its mistake

    @ViCustomerCare I didn't tag you because this tweet was just a rant. A random 10-minute network outage made me miss Argentina's comeback. I had reported this issue previously from another number, but never got a proper resolution. I don't need any help with it right now.

    @ViCustomerCare My old sim developed technical problem. I bought a new replacement sim today evening at 7.10 pm. I was told it takes 30 minutes to activate replacement sim. Service is not activated till now. Please check and inform activation status. Number in DM.
