    @VodafoneIN is the worst telecom operator in India, very poor connectivity - call drop-outs, digital garbling/noise during a call, difficulty hearing other caller, highly variable signal, slow mobile internet, internet timeouts

    @VodafoneIN Your chatbot is of no help. Your customer care numbers are never connecting to an agent to talk to...I am not able to deactivate the packs that you activated on your own.

    A Vodafone customer has gone to US. Before leaving he asked Vodafone service to keep his number on Hold. However as his stay in US got extended Vodafone deactivated his number. @VodafoneIN

    @ViCustomerCare last week onwards I am receiving only less than 200kbs even in 4G network with 4 signals this issue happens after I did my recharge last week. Before this I use to work with the same place and it will have 3-4MBs speed. Worst network and worst customer care
