@ViCustomerCare On the race of 5G, why vi is declining its image on 4G, I complaint to have a DG on the site, after electricity is gone, vi network too is gone. Also prior to my complain I have achieved net speed of around 35mbps but attending complain speed reduced to 10mbps👏

@ViCustomerCare Me since so many days trying to make direct talk with customer executive but not able to establish connection. Just keep hearing recoded msg. I think bad customer service is a big resoan of VI downfall
