I recharged with Rs48 iam getting 50+mbps speed and on other number i recharged Rs699 i am getting speed under 40mbps. You don't have co-ordination we discussed on call

@ViCustomerCare Hi, i am a idea customer since long time after merge of two companies and 4G network internet service of Vi is very poor in my area, internet speed is only 200kbps not even 1 mbps and company is taking lot much for such package i need solution for this problem .

@ViCustomerCare I really don't know what's your problem. I have already ported my one Vi number into Airtel maybe its time to port one more. I am paying for this service, and if you can't fix your issues maybe its time to move to other service provider.
