    @ajferpsamad @ViCustomerCare @Sagar49727732 Samad they are telling us it’s not applicable for South India. Don’t know why?? #vi They are not providing any service to South customers. No indoor coverage no vowifi no updates on 5g. I think they will close South.

    On 11.1.23 i recharged my VI no with 1799, but from today i am unable to send sms to any number. several complaints but got no resolution! they blame it on my handset, but i got it checked from Apple, still no luck! pathetic service, docket: V01175303447 @ViCustomerCare @TRAi

    @ViCustomerCare Visited to ur store yesterday by 7 pm to know available plan details to change my VI plan, representative told to come tomorrow as they don’t hv SIM and store is closing. Wow what a service, i hv to port my number is best option.

    The most unfriendly telecom service is @ViCustomerCare After paying bills personally for close to 20 years they are saying it’s a corporate number. Shall I stop paying bills? WTF!!!

    @ViCustomerCare Dear Vodafone, i already have 3 sim cards in my family plan, and i don’t want one more sim card. Its been 15 days every day i get 2 calls from your customer service, telling me to take another sim card. Kindly stop these calls.
