@ViCustomerCare I have submitted request for conversion of my postpaid SIM to prepaid around 2 weeks ago bt still ur representative says application was rejected nd now again ask to submit all documents again. Is this type of service you provide to customer ?

@ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS I have just spent an hour trying to buy your MiFi device - 1st told by 199 that it's sold only in some Vi stores, then given 2 close by stores; 1 has closed down, 2nd says that you have exited this product, which btw the website still advertises.

@ViCustomerCare Itz been almost a decade with Vodafone never had such problem of excess bill...... Had a word with Preeti (Vi representative) she says this are content download charges which can't be reverse.... As it is what it is ........This is what going on guys be careful
