The @ViCustomerCare is completely failed to fix Apple Watch eSIM activation! A big failure I would say! "eSIM profile has been removed from your device. Please contact 199 for the de-activation of eSIM Profile." Anybody gone through this and got solution? #fail #ftf #ViISFail

@TRAI Telecom operator testing 5g network, but in Patna @ViCustomerCare giving 4G speed like 1G... Giving below 1 Mbps speed. Postpaid customer facing lots of issue... Making bills for full month but service not giving properly.. Plan data unable to use due to very low speed.
