@ViCustomerCare I have a trouble with my Sim card, I visited the mini store near me, they gave me a new Sim card and asked me to wait for 24 hrs, already 24 hrs has passed and the Sim card has not gotten any reception. Kindly look into this.

@ViCustomerCare My postpaid SIM’s internet & outgoing are barred citing “verification failed” EVEN AFTER successful KYC & submitting all details. Re-verification request raised but ZERO calls or response from Vi. This is pathetic service & harassment. Restore services IMMEDIATELY
