Good people @ViCustomerCare had told me 2 days ago that my pack expires 2Mar - which usually means end of the day. And today am - no data service... Eventually restored after recharge. No SMS abt expiry. Several messages about free data bet 12-6am. Priorities... 😡🤷🙄

@ViCustomerCare there has been absolutely no response to multiple complaints of poor network issue raised. Made another call now but that person made me wait indefinitely and had hung up finally! Kudos to ur customer service! #vodafoneindia
