@ViCustomerCare Time and again, even after recharging my Vi sim has stopped to work. I can't make calls even to the customer care because of this. It has happened twice now and for some reasons, I am not even able to port my sim. Need help here team!

@ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar There is just 23 days I have purchased a new Vi postpaid sim card and now it's network often goes Edge from 4G and Suddenly Volte service goes off(In device it's active).This happens with my 2nd Vi prepaid Sim too I complained often But now I'm tired.

@ViCustomerCare You are not able to resolve the issue. You just ask to have patience but take no action, please waive off contractual obligation clause of 90 days and allow me to port number.

@ViCustomerCare I made complain many times but vi team always said they resolve the problem but actually not . when I repeated said lastly they said your location is not covered.I request everyone not to stay with vi .worst service provider in India
