I tried both mobile app and website. None of them generated an sms in my inbox.

Called customer, but no use. Reached Vi store, they are asking me to throw my iPhone and buy a new one. Now I can’t port another network too (2/2)

Your system shows perfect coverage for this PIN because neighboring Charada and Bilodra have strong signals. But Paldi Rathod is right between them and has no network at all.
