I tried both mobile app and website. None of them generated an sms in my inbox.

I was unable to receive signal. Had to use 2G which is also unstable. Unable to receive calls & unable to use cellular data. Request you to help.

Called customer, but no use. Reached Vi store, they are asking me to throw my iPhone and buy a new one. Now I can’t port another network too (2/2)
