    @VodafoneIN I am right now in vizag i am from kolkata my vodafone network is not instead of vodafone IN its showing idea and data is not working properly...forget about 4g its not working in 3g only please fix my problems because its urgent!!

    @DoT_India I raised my concern/complaint on network issues with @VodafoneIN . There was 0% progress. I was unable to receive signal. Had to use 2G which is also unstable. Unable to receive calls & unable to use cellular data. Request you to help.

    @ViCustomerCare Vi TN to Vi AP Unfortunately, I tried it, but new SIM card is not working in my iPhone, but working in other phones. Called customer, but no use. Reached Vi store, they are asking me to throw my iPhone and buy a new one. Now I can’t port another network too (2/2)

    @ViCustomerCare How long would it take to resolve my issue? I didn’t receive call or update on my issue till now. You resolve my issue ASAP or allow me to port my number to different network.

    @VodafoneIN I complained on 12Aug2019. Made follow up with you everyday. No one had taken the issue seriously. Wrong commitments given. Finally there is no progress. @DoT_India this for your information

    @VodafoneIN this is not the 1st time that I am posting here. You guys are terrible and have pathetic network connections and data speeds. It's only show off from you. You don't care your customers. Post merger, it's much more horrible.

    @ViCustomerCare I'm specifically not getting sms from Arogya Setu app. I tried a different number from a different network, and I got the sms right away. I tried both mobile app and website. None of them generated an sms in my inbox.

    @ViCustomerCare I’ve associated with your network for mor than 15yrs. Ever since I moved from Chennai to Vizag due to pandemic last year, I’m having a horrible time with your network. Raised multiple complaints but no use. Finally I was asked to port my network from (1/2)

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Don't accuse me of lying. I recharged ₹199 ONLY after checking the offer on Vi App. The problem is with YOUR system, not me. If your backend isn't showing the offer, that's Vi's issue. Customer shouldn't suffer for company's system failure. Resolve this.

    @ViCustomerCare Unacceptable. Your retention team promised a ₹100 monthly discount on the ₹451 postpaid plan. After changing my plan, customer care says no such offer exists. This is misleading. I've lost all trust in Vi and will port out this morning.
