    @ViCustomerCare is deaf on customer issues. I was deducted 25 even though I didn't avail any services. Last time this happened I specifically asked them to stop this. This feels like fraud. I will be porting out after my pack is expired if Vi don't refund the amount they cheated

    @DoT_India Thanks for the support. Seems there is a miscommunication from @ViCustomerCare One associate informed we have to recharge min Rs 179 to use SMS service though we have a validity till Dec 20th. When I called again, they were able to clarify that point and resolved the issue.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI - VI changed the requirements of min recharge yesterday for sending SMS and today it is not even allowing to send message for porting to another network. Is this not a violation of TRAI regulation to allow the customers to port into any network of their choice?
