@ViCustomerCare I would like to say this is the worst service. I have raised a complaint in VI app. As i was not getting a network in my house, they don't even consider and without solving the issue they have closed my complaint.

@ViCustomerCare I talked to Rajat saini today and he refused to raise a complaint against the vi store as I did not know the name of the person. The reason sim is not activated is the document provided is not clear. I provided the document & was scanned by vi store person. #thoo #ghatiyaService

@ViCustomerCare Third class network voice quality poor 4g connectivity speed poorest. Register complaint to they make fool by telling you complaint solved. My no. is 9305666680. Airtel voice quality is superb.
