    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare is a big joke on Vi users. I have raised service requests, called customer care multiple times to solve issue of charging bill for family members in family plan, there is no resolution. The family plan of Vi is fraud . NO escalation mechanism Available

    @ViCustomerCare But tell me one thing. Once I converted my number post to pre after clearing all dues and also recharge it for 365 days plan then why my no. was blocked on only Rs. 95 dues from postpaid. Now after paying dues service should restore within 4 hours. Now 2p hrs pas. How much

    @ViCustomerCare Dear VI team. I am havinh a very bad experience from VI. I converted my Postpaid 7834918456 to prepaid. Clear all postpaid dues. My prepaid no. blocked saying postpaid dues of around Rs. 90. I paid yesterday at 1430 but still my number blocked.
