    Hey @ViCustomerCare can't open my vi app from last month the issue is i can't receive otp for login. Called many time customer support support but didn't get any resolution.

    @ViCustomerCare another day is passing and i didn't get any solution of my network speed everytime i just have to do flight mode on and off . Are you going to do something ? Or not It's very hard to study with this network speed . Missing my school online lecture. I'm waiting

    @ViCustomerCare It's a scam that customers are charged for wrong international incoming calls. Inspite of customer mentioning the calls were not picked up, Vodafone does not care about investigating into this matter and just closing the case. @ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIdea4 Hello! Your complaint dated 08-Apr-2022 10:38:20 PM with reference number C004-130387035720 is registered. We assure resolution by 09-Apr-2022 06:00:00 PM. However no solution initially complaint 6.4.22 facing problem from 5.4.22
