@ViCustomerCare Dear team, As I am valued customer of VI. I did port to JIO prepaid . Same day i got call from vi executive prajwal saying that 4 month free offer if I cancel porting from vada post paid to jio prepaid.after giving one month free they sent a bill. How to report to TRAI.

@ViCustomerCare The language used by your customer care people “madam all you do is complain”. This is after Vi not giving me my money’s worth of network coverage and absolute no internet. My business has suffered for months due to your network. That’s the language being used by your reps.

@ViCustomerCare Since last 3 hours i have No network. Neither i can call someone nor can receive any call and can't even use mobile data,,even to complain i am using wifi. Jabse ye Idea n Vodafone ka merger kiya hai tab se tumsi achhi service to wo jio n bsnl delta hai🙄

@ViCustomerCare Now I am getting calls from customer service agents claiming “all you do is complain” while @ViCustomerCare does not resolve my issue since November 2021 that I’ve been complaining about no internet coverage. It is now clear this is harassment because I wanted to port.
