    @ViCustomerCare First thing that needs to improved is the customer service at the store. Their behaviour is not acceptable. Vi is loosing customers, I ported few months back to Airtel. Fix this please

    @ViCustomerCare let this incident be a lesson on how you treat customers including those with medical problems. be reliant so that people appreciate you and not the opposite. teach the same lessons to all your executives. in a service business learn to be useful.
