    @VodafoneIN again facing network issue. This is getting too much, after every two days we face network issue. Services are getting damn worse for Vodafone. If this continues I am sorry to say I have leave Vodafone and apply for something else.

    @VodafoneIN I tried going again today to a Vodafone store where they made we wait 45 mins but we're not able to activate new sim for my number. I am not going any store again. You send someone to my place and complete your stupid formality or disconnect the number.

    @VodafoneIN Hi, Why was I sent this message (I haven't sent any "telemarketing" SMS) : Dear Customer as per TRAI regulation, if you are not a registered Telemarketer, sending commercial/promotional SMS may lead to withdrawal of services.

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone Idea has become a symbol of poor service. Forcing customers by refusing postpaid to prepaid conversion is unacceptable. I’m left with no option but to approach TRAI & legal authorities. Either resolve this now or lose another customer permanently.
