@ViCustomerCare The worst service provider. I got my sim port to Vi 5 days before and VI executive who came to deliver sim told me that it would be done in 1-2 days. There is no phone number to confirm status, only IVRs that are time wasting. Worst Worst Worst Poor Poor Poor Poor

@ViCustomerCare Extremely disappointed with Vi network. Internet is facing serious issues — videos are not streaming, WhatsApp messages are delayed, and even basic webpages are not opening. This is causing major inconvenience. Please resolve this urgently.

@vadafone @ViCustomerCare Imagine you are travelling and did expensive shopping and when you try to make payment from online payment system, all you found is your sim is inactive, how much embarrassing it is... Than ask your relatives to pay for things, this is whole **** and mental touture I have to face

@jagograhakjago @consumercourt Complained to @ViCustomerCare every month for poor network. Same copy-paste reply each time—“unable to resolve, use Wi-Fi calling.” No permanent fix. This is clear deficiency in service. Please take action.

@ViCustomerCare 1st thing without my confirmation vi added renewed Amazon prime and added charge 1270/- in my bill . And calls I am user of vi since 2015 but again and again facing problem if you want give me solution refund 1270/- in my bill that added without my concern.
