This is how comman man is felling helpless as no one is taking this issue as serious. @ViCustomerCare team please let me know that how would you not refund a customer amout as while recharging his last two digit has been changed mistakenly? I accept that I made a mistake.

@ViCustomerCare. Firstly i was falsely charged on my post paid connection and then was called and harassed for payments. I was said to pay 50% amount which i paid but after which my number was closed and no one picks my call. Customer care abusing with mc bc 2/3

@ViCustomerCare Please do not buy or take any post paid connection from Vodafone/Idea. They have hired illiterates and Abusing fraud customer care. People who are harassed kindly connect to File Legal suit of Vodafone.

@ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS So they themselves declared the issue has been resolved even though they were not able to contact me on my vi number(since there was a network problem ). Thanks for your ignorance. Switching to JIO.
