    @DoT_India Is samchar sarathi built to help the customer or just another website/app to meet the telecom compliance ? I have raised a complaint for spam SMS/call. Provided the screen shot as well. @ViCustomerCare responded stating that they can't act bcoz there was no trace.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Team, I purchased a new Vi SIM over two weeks ago, but it is still not activated. I have contacted multiple Vi stores, but the issue remains unresolved. This delay is causing inconvenience. Please look into the matter and activate my SIM at the earliest. Thanks

    @ViCustomerCare And I emailed you people all the concerns and even took the pain to visit physical customer care twice in Connaught Place but you guys seem to behave like imperial company of Elizabethian age.
