    Living in a village shouldnt mean living without internet. @ViCustomerCare,data in my village feels like traveling back to the 90s. the network conectivity here has been absolutely terrible for weeks now. We pay for data we can't use. look into rural network coverage and fix.

    To the idiots sitting @ViCustomerCare @ViNewsOfficial If you block the incoming SMS, how would I receive the OTP to recharge your Vi number?? Can u provide a solution of this problem caused by you only?

    @ViCustomerCare should improve their network coverage first. We were without any signal for 10 days in Himachal Pradesh. Saving grace were 1. Hotspot from another cell with a Jio sim 2. Hotel wifi

    @ViCustomerCare Please check my existing complaint history for this number. I am hesitant to recharge while experiencing persistent poor data speeds and calling issues. Kindly escalate this to a senior executive for a resolution.

    @TheJokerBhai @Airtel Better port to @ViCustomerCare. I am getting much better network than airtel here in Bangalore.
