@ViCustomerCare @JioCare when we call customer service than we get option to choose language " Marathi, HINDI and English" I select English but the person who answer call will speak in Marathi and if i continue in English they insist to speak in HINDI if not call is disconnected

@ViCustomerCare PATHETIC service continues.. Lies telling u tried to contact me. Tellin you don't have coverage in 400086 pincode aftr 4 yrs use. Strangely trying to call on no. that is down instead of alternate no. provided. No wonder people are switching from Vi. ADD ME to it

@ViCustomerCare @TRAI @jagograhakjago dear VI team it's come in my daily routine that I have to call VI for network issue. Tower is near to our house your field engineer confirmed then why no network coverage.i want my while money back 399 +1197+200 because you fail to deliver.

@ViCustomerCare We are facing network coverage issue on our location. So we can't make calls and browse internet. I already raised 3 complaints last month. But your network teams are closing it without checking the exact location.
