    Last 2 Days VI not able to restore Network . I send request massage many but its useless. Text Massage not able to send. We should Ignore VI after continue use 12 years and join other network which able to provide proper service . @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare If you have a practical solution, please provide it. Otherwise, I will switch to another operator next month. Customers should not be paying full charges for a service that your own team admits it cannot adequately provide.

    @ViCustomerCare I'm using a 5G Mobile have an ₹859 Unlimited 5G recharge active and I'm in a 5G coverage area However I'm still unable to access Unlimited 5G and my usage is being deducted from my regular data quota. Please look into this issue and provide resolution

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Village Hathdihan, Dawath, Rohtas, Bihar (PIN 802226) has severe network issues — frequent call drops, unusable data. Ref MUM-N02154197536 still unresolved. Whole village affected. When will coverage be fixed? #NetworkIssue #Bihar
