    @ViCustomerCare No resolution till now, not even anyone reached as gesture of support. Pathetic customer service. You left no choice then porting to other service provider. @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare I had taken new Vi connection in the month of may and now the outgoing calls have been stopped inspite of having a postpaid number. Kindly help.

    @RVAGamingg @ViCustomerCare The only reason I stopped using Vi is their problem with sending SMS due to this unable to activate upi, banking apps, tried resolving issue multiple times with customer care then in work fine for a week. Then again same issue

    @ViCustomerCare While I have a 739 recharge on, unlimited data and it is ending on 7th June, why I am being told on customer service that I have 1 gb/day and your app is showing data limit reached ? And there's no customer representative on 198, pathetic service.

    @RVAGamingg @ViCustomerCare Vi has Expensive plans, for a mediocre network. Airtel does it better.
