@ViCustomerCare Still denied to waive the charges. Don't go for Vi they r asking me to pay Rs. 4246 and charging false amount. I am now going to consumer court to seek help. @jagograhakjago @TRAI Help us as this is our hard earn money. Now threatening that we will not waive the charges.

@ViCustomerCare What ******** i am not getting otps to login in your own app, as i am not prepaid customer. I am Postpaid customer. Though being a postpaid customer i am not getting otps, even banking . Many of my friends complaining that my number is in switchoff state.

@ViCustomerCare What a pathetic service you provide. 4G internet doesn't work like 4G anymore. Porting to jio at least it gives better complaint handling. I called to service center it didn't connect to any person. And bots advertise for such a long time.
