    @ViCustomerCare Struggling badly with the sudden and complete drop in your network coverage for both calls and 4G. Persists when I’m travelling as well. Will need to port out if this continues. @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare Getting to be 3 days where my Sim is not working. Almost 24 hrs since a Sim replacement done and your systems have been down ever since for me to take an update.. I hope I won't be charged for my rentals for these days and can get my Sim working at the earliest

    @ViCustomerCare My Vodafone sim is not working in any mobile. Message coming as sim card is invalid. Till yesterday afternoon it was working but suddenly stopped to work. Its very urgent for me to start my sim because I am in Andhra Pradesh right now with family for vacations and all online

    Your employee Nilesh has been worst kind of employee I have ever seen. I came to port my sim to Vodafone but attitude and language of your employee was so rude that I changed my mind. Make your employees learn how to deal and talk with customers nicely. Pathetic. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Steps I already tried- upgraded iOS, restarted phone 4-5 times, reset network settings, Removed and inserted SIM, selected all network operators, off/on cellular data, off/on Roaming, 4g/3g, airplane mode on/off.

    @ViCustomerCare My phone is giving No Service in the USA. International roaming is on. I am unable to use phone. Already tried phone support and chat support and wasted 2 hours. Please help. I am running out of ways to reach Vi support to seek help.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @rmstakkar Vi is clearly cheating people by generating fake vouchers on their Vi App. Also the customer care has the guts to say the voucher is given by partner and we cannot help even if the voucher is invalid. What a shame.. Planning to port my no. and move out
