    Last 2 Days VI not able to restore Network . I send request massage many but its useless. Text Massage not able to send. We should Ignore VI after continue use 12 years and join other network which able to provide proper service . @ViCustomerCare

Please share the locations of the retail touch-points for the PIN code. also,I would like to understand why a representative can visit for KYC in case of a new sim, but not for duplicate sim KYC 1/2
