    @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia as after recharge with 49 rupees I am not able for SMS I am not also to make a call to anyone and also on 198 that is completely free. I think u should stop ur business in India if u can't provide good service to your customers.

    @bitbala @ViCustomerCare They don't want to do business at South particularly Tamilnadu. Their network is very worst. Poor indoor coverage. No vowifi. It may be rumours or news that, #vi don't have network team & is supported by airtel. So we are not getting good service compared to north. Better to port

    . well i already had 150 as min amt and made a transaction for rs 45 and the bal should be in my account .right now i got debited for 150rs to my tag . think i want to cancel my fast tage and port to @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare we've been fed of bad call management! We can't even afford to keep any Vi to Vi voice call it's just because of your losing grip. I've already registered a full mentioned complaint on the same issue but you had not work on that. That's bad now.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia @VodafoneBiz how it is reasonable to make a recharge of 128 rupees for Just one SMS. Earlier it was 49 now 128 and maybe after 2 months it will be 1000 rupees recharge for activation of SMS pack for that customer already have paid.

    I have been migrated to a more expensive postpaid plan without my consent and the customer care is not willing to reduce the amount. This is robbery in broad daylight @ViCustomerCare complaint id- 4-123459498153
