    I am regular user of VI Network. But my 4G network doesn't work constantly for long periods. So that I can't browsing my Facebook or gmail etc. Nobody there to listen. So I want to change my VI network.@ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I am under so much pain after switching my network to Vi, I recharged my number with a plan costing Rs 1197 and hoped to get binge all night but my data is getting exhausted during 12-6 AM, also there’s no data. Accumulation for the weekend Roll over, shameful!

    @ViCustomerCare no network connectivity in my area since 6 am. I carried out all those steps which you normally suggest. I then checked other vi subscribers in the area and their phones are not working as well. Pease DMs for details.

    @ViCustomerCare TBH, I've set up a email rule on my inbox. But I complain becos I don't want other ppl's personal info, incl. home address, emailed to me. Please fix this. Removing my email from another a/c isn't a resolution if another num is going to be linked a few days later.

    @rsprasad Respected Sir, I'm a common countrymen and I'm feeling a pain of betrayal by @ViCustomerCare like may be every middle class person because in this tough time we all are trying hard to earn and paying a lot for basic plans of them and expecting at least a stable service.

    @ViCustomerCare I am a vi customer since 3 months and I'm also facing the network problem with vi since last 3 days. I don't know what's the problem , why vi network is not stable ,I have also complaint but no results , So pls do something to improve the network in my area 285201
