    @ViCustomerCare Bill has been paid ...Still outstanding is reflecting and incoming plus outgoing has been stopped. Have visited Store as well but the issue persists for over a month. Postpaid consumers being harassed in such ways.

    @ViCustomerCare @Idea Without my acceptance/intervention I see you are directly activating & charging amount for Caller tune rentals.This is happening many times now & I am in loss of huge amount. Make SURE you ask for customer acceptance before charging. Disappointing service!!
