    @ViCustomerCare I have already raised a complaint regarding this 2 days back related to signal loss and call drop, but still no issues resolved. Sometimes the other party can't hear me.. we keep on saying hello hello..

    @ViCustomerCare I have got a call from your techinical engineer today. He suggested me to change the idea simcard to Vi simcard. Then the network issue won't occur If that is the case then i need to pay 100 rs right. Pls provide me vi sim, free of cost. Or let me port my number

    @ViCustomerCare on short trip to UK and my mobile not catching tower. IR is activated. I have tried all options but no success. My number is of India NE circle. Please help. Really Horrible and facing lots of issues due to this in terms of receiving OTP’s for various activities.
