@ViCustomerCare One more dissatisfied customer of VI ..... No one is ready to resolve the issue.Reached out to the customer service team as well however no one listens to the customer...very disappointed. Talked to seniors however they are also not competent enough

@ViCustomerCare In Kota Rajasthan, VI network is keep getting downtime. Sometime there is a downtime of 3-4 hours. Not expected from India's 3rd largest telecom provider. Even after multiple complaints, issue is not resolved. Right now also the network is completely zero. @TRAI

@ViCustomerCare I don't know why but all of a sudden myVi sim started showing no sim on my phone even when the sim is in the phone. No network no emergency call just straight No Sim card. I tried all troubleshooting like changing slot and phones too but no results please do smth

@ViCustomerCare hi, I am having weird problem of network getting disconnected again and again in Bengaluru, I have to restart my phone many times in the day as unable to get calls and messages otherwise. It was working perfectly fine in Indore, why is this problem happening here?

@ViCustomerCare I have been running to various vodafone stores in Noida to get my primary postpaid number activated for the last one week. Apart from sending mails, nothing has been done to help me.
