@ViCustomerCare Dear Sir @akshayamoondra & @ViCustomerCare I did a ₹799 recharge for 84 days but only got 77 days validity. Customer care did not resolve my issue. Your Customer Supp and Social Media Team said You make payment before and then check the Offer.

@ViCustomerCare Dear @ViCustomerCare As You Told No Issue Observed. Can You Please Tell me how you can make payment before looking at the details of any recharge. All the details are already available like Validity 84 Days. 1.5 GB per day. Then you make payment.

@ViCustomerCare Respected VI Team, This Is Ranveer Raman Who Applied For VI Prepaid Sim Connection Yesterday Even done a recharge of 199 for that. Today the sim has not been delivered and when I asked the customer service they told me that they will deliver it Tommorow.
