    @ViCustomerCare very big problem sim card user if any customer didn't able to pay his bills because of the funds problem.they will stop giving service,.ok .after the payment clear then. U are my premium customer pay 11080/- to get again the same no. reopen. They think cust. fool.

    Never take global roaming pkg from Vi. It is useless. Egypt no 4G or 5G & hours wasted complaining. Similar problem happened for S Korea. Needed data for navigation, coordination with tour agents, Uber etc. Had to buy another local pkg. No wonder @ViCustomerCare is unpopular.

    @ViCustomerCare Worst reply ..no issues were there on airtel connection but only VI when confirmed with other people who are using VI found same issue .please confirm are u not able to provide services at Jammu and Kashmir ..but ur reply is window dressing ..

    @ViCustomerCare — In Saudi Arabia with active IR + ₹2997 (365-day) recharge, yet NO SIGNAL. Backend IR “activated” but SIM won’t connect to STC/Mobily/Zain. Device OK (Tecno Pova 5G works with local SIM). Fix immediately or I escalate to CONSUMER COURT #VI #RoamingIssue #TRAI

    I am a VI customer since 2013. @ViCustomerCare @TRAI the recharge plans need to be improved. If I recharge at 11 am on 18 April for 30 days, why does the plan expire at 12 midnight on 17 May? Should it not expire at 11 am 18 May? We pay for full 30/28 days.
