    @ViCustomerCare Poor organization!!! Showing attitude to consumers when customer explains the fact. And then falling to customer feet when they port out. Remember, customer is King. And king can afford to loose even whole Month recharge when he decides to quit and port.

    @ranjim @ViCustomerCare My wife faced this issue with Airtel 3G SIM. Upgrading the SIM resolved the issue.

    Is this a SIM issue? Phone issue? Should I brave Omicron and go get SIM upgraded to 4G? Should I finally give up on Vodafone which ensnared me with Hutch doggo nearly 20 years ago 😭 @ViCustomerCare
