I got a call from this number demanding to pay the dues.+918086271942 I told her that I still have days left to pay and she don't have to call me since I have never defaulted any amount. She raised her voice. Is this the way you talk to customer ? @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare Definitely I'm going to keep port in couple of month's. To register for phone pe access,from main balance we cannot send a message, disgusting!!! They are asking me to rc with 129 for 1 message. 🤬😡😡Vi customer from 2006, i will end in 2021

@ViCustomerCare I am customer of Vodafone since 2013, but today when I required to connect for some issue. Its impossible to connect with VI customer care. how badly I am feeling today. So many ups and down but I am with Vodafone but today I realised no buddy is there to listen.

@ViCustomerCare Hello Team. I am not using idea sim and it's been more than a year. I have already spoken to customer care and got the service cancelled. The worst part is I got a court notice. I fail to understand why is it issued to me when it was already settled?
