After being a loyal @ViCustomerCare customer since 2007 I ported out. This was followed by a number of calls which came too late. They are only worried if we are using their app or not! How can an app work on no network?

@ViCustomerCare I am unable to do outgoing calls from past 6 days. I have registered the complaint 5 days ago. My problem is not solved yet. Solve this problem by tomorrow or I will change into some other service. Your customer care team doesn't know how to talk.

@ViCustomerCare Hi! Our Network engineers worked hard to resolve your complaint no. 3-120675543370, but haven't been able to do so. Whenever I raised port request, support team give false assurance to fix issue and then get this resolution. Paying for poor service
