@ViCustomerCare My no. bought in BBSR (was studying there) is closed just a day ago,now demands document verification by going and submitting in VI BBSR only. I am a resident of Dhanbad, Jharkhand. Is it logical that to only verify documents I have to go to bbsr ? No help given !

@ViCustomerCare I am Ranu Das ,9830304456 please this number reopen for me, actually it's number very important for me. When I was contact your customer servicer they are nothing any steps for this purpose. At least I'm told that, negligence service products they are.

@ViCustomerCare What is going on with your customer care. I called 2 times regarding not able to play basic plan movies in Vi Movies App & they said we sent a link to you and you will be able to play after clicking on that link. It has been 2 hours and still waiting for link.
