    @ViCustomerCare one of the worst customer care service by telecom company, it's not worth a single penny, so many problems and not one solution and executive make false promises to keep customer from porting out, i am going to consumer court, i am done .

    @ViCustomerCare please resolve network issue always fluctuating it is getting irritated while doing work from home I am not even getting 0.5 Mbps in your hotspot device itself Worst experience with customer service also no one responded at all. In indoor not even getting 1 point.

    @ViCustomerCare i hv received 200+ calls for bill recovery of Rs 588. U r so prompt in bill recovery. But nt in resolving customer network issues. I hv been paying for worst telecom service since months now n VI only cares abt bill n nt service.

    @ViCustomerCare Dear @ViCustomerCare , I'm sorry. It's not working in between us anymore. I've found the love & network I was longing for in @Airtel_Presence. The connection we share is strong. Much stronger than what we had. I'm sorry, but I guess it's goodbye from my side. :)

    @ViCustomerCare Bakwas network i claim 2gb data before 100mb data left but your network and via app claim this data but not working properly
