    @ViCustomerCare Worst network Balance from my vi number has been deducted for a service after blocking all services on 21/02/2022 Balance has been deducted today for service that was activated on 04/02/2022 that was the reply of customers care I did not started any service

    without given any information to customer. Last time when I contacted @ViCustomerCare they told me to update kyc at VI store. Now when I came to update KYC how can the number is permanently closed. Worst service by @ViCustomerCare, @VodafoneFdn. How can I get my number back.??

    @ViCustomerCare I have been complaining about the extra charges since the starting of this month but not getting any solution.i have been mailing but no solutions from there as well. Kindly ask the concerned authority to look into the matter immediately.
