  @ViCustomerCare the worst service ever,want to update my 2G post paid sim to 3G trying since fast 6months, many times went to your jaffa outlet near gopalapatnam Visakhapatnam, no use nothing Lot of Time waste... Will u resolve my issue or i else port to other network?

  Almost every recharge of @ViCustomerCare doesn't have SMS service enabled. No matter even if you have main balance available. Is this fair practice @TRAI ? Do you follow the same @airtelindia ? Looking for port.

  @ViCustomerCare Hello are you going to improve your 4G and network signals or not? Such a worst network. It's patetic that your 4G is not covered a metropolitan city hyderabad! and very bad signal strength. I don't understand what's the problem. Bank transfers are very hard

  @ViCustomerCare Hi Mohsin, my vi number is 800700325, my alternate number is 9052577766. I got message on the same day stating that as per my request my connection will be terminated with in 7 working days. Please check with your internal records before putting wrong blame on customer.

  @ViCustomerCare VI store, store owner -Mr Sham Bagadi, Khutwad Nagar, Nashik, faught wid me & asked 4 payment 4 change of SIM. & he ws fighting as I didn't visit store on 8th. Means ur twitter DM/twits, custmer care calls wer of ZERO value. I'm u/Idea since 2012. Its tyn 2 change 2 onthr network

  @ViCustomerCare sir I recharged 399 .You give me offer 1.5gb +1.5gb per day data but you give only 1.5 gb data . Yours service very bad . I try solve my problem by vi customer care but your executive not solve my problem Finely I decide port my sim If you solve I changed mind
