    I recharged my Vi number thrice but never received the unlimited pack. Vi has now disconnected my SIM card and I am unable to make calls and send messages. Customer service is awful @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @ViCustomerCare. Either refund the amount or activate my service.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar Serious issue of fraud with my Vodafone international roaming data service. Bill dispute issue raised. Issue open without any resolution. Issue number 4-133239901997. 20emails, 3SMS, 15+calls to your service center. Only hear new deadlines. Pathetic.
