  Bitter experience in @VodafoneIN store, I visited to convert my postpaid number to prepaid. Executive: Dharmendra, who was either super irritated or ignorant abt his own behaviour. Plus credit card machine was not working and they do not want to give receipt if I pay by cash!!!

  @VodafoneIN @Idea giving worst service. They should be fined heavily for call drop , data not working and spam messages. Even if you block through TRAI APP they will not stop .

  @VodafoneIN Recently moved to Bangalore. Network and Data is really bad in Ananth Nagar, Electronic City, Bangalore . Please solve this issue as soon as possible otherwise I have to move to @Airtel_Presence . Don't know what happened but 8 month ago your network was good.

  It's not about the network @reliancejio charging for the calls. Even changing the network will not help us because we hear it as the fastest network in internet speed but it is too down and it's like begging for 50kbps @airtelindia @reliancejio @VodafoneIN

  @DoT_India I lost my phone having dual sim Vi & Jio, both prepaid. Jio replaced my sim & gave me my previous number within 15 mins & 25 rs charge. Vi said I have to purchase 2 postpaid sim & pay them 699 for next 4 months. I had prepaid sim earlier. Please help. @ViCustomerCare

  @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIdea4 U r service is 3rd class , I am using no from last 12 year , now it's not working , 2 times visited at VI store (Sinhgad R &Baner ) every day 4 calls to customer care , sent 3 , 4 mails but no response from any one ,u r VI store staff is very rude
