  @ViCustomerCare Looks like Vi Social Media also can not get @ViCustomerCare to do anything. I was on call for 10 minutes while they told me they will get this issue fixed. Well, nothing has happened since then.

  @ViCustomerCare My sim card has no single issue. Went to VI mini store he said he don't have prepaid sim and asked to migrate to post paid by paying 150rs ? said it will take 5-6 days to get prepaid sim card ? Vi Mini store Kamothe 410209. pls look into it
