    @ViCustomerCare I am using Vodafone and it gives worst service. In march they automatically started 2 VAS without my request and again started 1 VAS in JUN without any request. When complained they blamed me for Activation of VAS and refused to provide refund. @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare even if I am calling my phone from my landline it says 'No network'. What pathetic service vodafone has. Unable to log in anywhere. Unable to call, unable to receive sms.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi.. what is with the network again ??? will anyone ever connect to resolve this never ending fluctuation? #Vodafone #customersupport #CustomerExperience I tried registering a complaint to 198 as well yesterday. Kindly look into this.

    @ViCustomerCare Ur ntwrk rly sucks.The network coverage in my area is worst. Every time i have to search for 4g & have to keep my phone in terrace then only I can get access to 4g & moreover the network goes to emergency mode often for more than 1 hr. 8486121789 7002724697

    @ViCustomerCare simply said it was me who requested to activate the VAS. But I never did & when I ask them about proofs that I requsted to activate, they refused to provide any proof. Means they are lying & robbing peope by activating useless VASnon their own. @consumerforum_
