    @ViCustomerCare I'm using a 5G Mobile have an ₹859 Unlimited 5G recharge active and I'm in a 5G coverage area However I'm still unable to access Unlimited 5G and my usage is being deducted from my regular data quota. Please look into this issue and provide resolution

    @ViCustomerCare Request you to initiate port out facility at the earliest as I have already shifted my family to new network due to poor connectivity of your network at my premises.

    @ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare The executive first denied raising any SR, then claimed my documents had been sent to the backend office with an SR form I was never asked to sign. As a 6+ year Vi REDX customer, making 3 visits for a basic KYC update is unacceptable.
