    @ViCustomerCare Hi Malik! I do understand your concern. We have registered your complaint regarding the calling issue with a reference number. DEL-V01013514530. The expected resolution date is 16 Aug '22 | 06.00 PM. My problem not solve till date

    Your Patna Vodafone incharge sontu Kumar Sharma (screen shot attached) promised to send engineer at my location but he neither is recieving my call nor calling back. Please look into this matter as the network issue has again started here. It's urgent @ViCustomerCare
