    @ViCustomerCare As per my talk with customer support executive, below are the 2 suggesttion 1. Plz introduce some incoming OTP plans with low value and limited period 2. There should be less validay talk time/period recharges should be there for occasional user. Currently there is 179 plan only

    @ViCustomerCare Hi team please note my wife is facing severe call drop and no calls getting connected issue since quite sometime, recently we got her sim card replaced with a new Vi sim thinking that it might help. It has increased the network issues. Request for urgent help.

    @ViCustomerCare why does your staff speak in Hindi in Gujrati accent so illiterate in way of speaking I called to ask about some app issue and they are going on a direct tangent. Please return call with somebody sensible
