    A customer can't send SMS with their balance. So cheap business strategy. This is reason many people left VI. We some old customer stayed with VI . But not anymore. You can fool us one time but not everytime @ViCustomerCare . #vodafoneidea #VIScam #vodafone

    @ViCustomerCare I came back from UAE last month and want to settle down here in India. I went to VI Store they said that they can not give that number. All my PAN/bank account and Aadhar still linked with number, Requesting you give my number back..! Even I am ready for postpaid

    @ViCustomerCare After complaining so many times they haven't understood the customer issues, there customer support are so rubbish and rude they don't know how to talk with the customer they haven't marked my complaint and even ended my call in between of the conversation
