    @ViCustomerCare My issue was with calling numbers starting with 1860 which are bank helpline number which I cannot call due to insufficient balance in my prepaid account IN SPITE OF HAVING AN UNLIMITED PACK.

    I want to ask the telecom companies that every SIM holder is Their custmer but if he wrongly recharged with other data pack ,there will be no option to cancel the recharge. How it can be satisfactory custmer service,I think it is" Dadagiri ".@JioCare @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia

    @gaurcoolboy @ViCustomerCare Don't go to Vodafone or LG becoz this problem can't solve as they don't know,they will format ur phone & keep promising that it will be resolved.Don't know y this type of mobile doesn't search VI network.Go 4r again port to any network other than VI after 90 days wait.

    @ViCustomerCare Deducting balance in the name of services clearly indicates that how desperately Vi tries to abstract funds from its users. If this happens again I'm gonna make sure to lodge a complaint at TRAI and also get my phone ported out of such an unprofessional provider.

    @ViCustomerCare I will not stop until I get a resolution this time. Behaving like cheaters & beggars Taking full bill amount and not providing network I asked to call between 6pm to 7pm. I will port out and not pay bill as well. Have some shame u r losing customers crap netwrk

    @ViCustomerCare I am regular user of Vi from past 12 years but I regret to say service provided now a days is very poor even from today morning I tried to recharge my number but every time is shows operator issues and I have a secondary balance of amount 300.
