@ViCustomerCare How pathetic your internet speed is not even what @reliancejio has after its pack is exhausted i.e 64kbps..Vi you aren't capable of having 64kbps even..worst service @ViCustomerCare.. Port is the best option in this case..

@ViCustomerCare Most pathetic customer service of all time. International Roaming activated a week ago still not working. No resolution. No call backs. Untrained staff on call centres. Time to leave the market!

@ViCustomerCare Vodafone has charged me for international roaming but there is no network. Funny! And now I'm stuck because i can't get any OTPs and SMSes. 6 days have passed and the network team can't help

@SpiffyHobbes @Airtel_Presence I contacted @ViCustomerCare about getting minimum 6 nuisance calls a day. Customer care says they need ‘critical’ number of complaints to take action. Advised me to use #Truecaller or similar app. 🙄
