    @ViCustomerCare Thanks VI for your network service. Iam postpaid customer, And paying 399+taxes as bill every month. Just to make calls outgoing calls. Because of incredible network I'm not receiving any incoming calls. Proud VI customer form last 5 years. Cheers.

    @ViCustomerCare - My business and work is suffering because of your pathetic service. I am unable to receive the OTPs from bank. And your ****** customer support team is asking me to wait for 7 days to get this issue resolved. Super good!

    @ViCustomerCare - SMS incoming halted for the last 2 days despite having an active plan. No response to complaints raised on Vi iOS app and also on your email id. Seriously fed up with the services. Help me out.

    @ViCustomerCare My area has zero coverage...I'm a post paid customer Since 2017 and am paying almost 1900 Rs a month. I am going to port soon. No complaints resolved.

    @ViCustomerCare Why did u hide most important part?😡@DoT_India VI changed my plan (49 to 299) w/o intimation & my consent. I raised complaint on 29th Oct saying I’ll pay only old plan bill & surrendered num. VI intentionally neglect it for 2.5 months. 2day in call VI agreed 2 fix it in 5 days🧐
