    @rmstakkar ,@ViCustomerCare , @AdityaBirlaGrp Dear Sir/Madam My service request number is 4-125335298557 . From last 4 months I was eligible for refund . And now I am not eligible for it and VI is not giving reason for it. I was send you copies of bill in which I am eligible.

    @ViCustomerCare I am waiting for your answer as to what action has been taken against the goon shop executive. So far 6 VI users have merged with another service provider after the incident.

    @ViCustomerCare this is beyond mental stress now. Repeatedly you enable a called tune on my number and I need to follow up with you to stop it. Kindly stop this repeated issue.

    @ViCustomerCare VI 4G service is down in Village Kodalia, Kostia, Bankura, Pin-722144 from last night. No improvement after complaint several times. Its not a problem for this time,it's happen atleast once in a month😞.
