    @ViCustomerCare My area doesn't even have proper 4G coverage. Please increase the coverage area. I'd love to use Vi service if the network is good enough. WB 731236

    @aditiraval @ViCustomerCare Ok . Using jio and airtel both. Airtel is worst for international roaming. And customer support is even worse in airtel

    @ViCustomerCare @jagograhakjago pls note that there’s been a recurring bill as per the plan chosen for about 800 rupees that i’m paying Vi and have not been getting desired network beyond 1 or 2 bars, let alone 5G. #SRKonVi

    @ViCustomerCare Recently I have ordered a new sim which was about to deliver door step but they denied to do so. And when I contacted to customer care they said to wait till tommorow and same answer I got for 3 days continuously at last I cancelled the order. #vi
