@ViCustomerCare Our mobile is VoLTE support. And we have ported number from airtel to vi but we are not getting VoLTE facility in vi. My mobile is realme narzo 10.i have turned on volt from settings also reset the mobile put the sim in the first slot.solve my problem

Vodafone Idea Limited In this era of WFH, UPI, online transaction, net banking @ViCustomerCare @AdityaBirlaGrp doesn't provide VoLTE facility in Bihar. Don't know if it can't bear the cost of it or just ignoring it and charging customer for the service they don't even provide.

@ViCustomerCare There is literally no point of using 4G sim card in my 5G Mobile as VI doesn't supports VoLTE in Bihar (in this era of WFH, UPIs and online transaction and net banking). @ViCustomerCare worst experience and work blocker.

@ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia , @VodaIdea_NEWS Dear Vi CustomerCare Team, it is ridiculous to see that when my concern is not addressed to then why is Vi charging me late payment fees. The bill amount sent to me is disputed and till my issue is not resolved why are you charging late fees.
