@ViCustomerCare Since last 5 days there is no network in 362510 location.Tried talking with vi customer care and they said it will fix in 2 days but 5 days have passed still no sign of network 😡😤.If this continues i will port my number to @airtelindia or @reliancejio

Just got a call from @ViCustomerCare telling me that they cant confirm me at which date d issue will b resolved.They r yet to take permission from senior team.o gosh ! You havent taken any permission yet so I think this issue will take more than a week.Time to port then....

@ViCustomerCare pathetic is a tiny word for your world class disgusting customer service. I'm in maharastra and since I'm on roaming not been able to make calls registered a complaint on 18/10/21 and yet till date no one responded or called back. This what you get with VI
