Dear @ViCustomerCare @Vodaphone4 I am facing lot of issue with your network since couple of months. Your 4G disconnect many time and very slow speed. I wrote on fb messenger as well but no one responded.please suggest what to do I have 3 family connection shall I port ??

If I wasn’t already leaving the network @ViCustomerCare , I’m happy to leave now coz it has been a really bad experience with these calls. U Shud probably invest more in impoving the network than the port out department that stops people from leaving it. Stop calling now! (3/3)

@ViCustomerCare Since 47 days? What will u do? Ur so-called Appellate calls and starts speaking like a tape-recorder saying same sentence 100 times. Evn whn I say ur not resolving my issue, still reply is same. Copy-paste email recd over 20 times now. What do I do with this service provider!

@ViCustomerCare After 6 hours down the network, you are asking the following details: THis is a village Balaour Nidhi, Gaighat, dist-Muzaffarpur,Bihar-847107, Near Ramouli NH-57. There is no flood, no power cut still VI network is down. This very impacts us.
