@ViCustomerCare As soon as i will get duplicate sim tomorrow from vi Store , i will instantly switch to another network Airtel or Jio , There is no point Sim is stopped working Suddenly , plus your service is totally mess , no point of Using pathetic 4g serivce on my 5g mobile

@ViCustomerCare I am using 2 VI sims in that Sim 1 is the regular number Sim 2 is the office number but Both Sims are Same Network. There is no signal in Sim 1. But Sim 2 will be full Signal .Internet problem also.Why I am getting like this problem I am unable to understand.

@vodafone @ViCustomerCare what type of service is this I have lost my phone and i am out of india and have been trying to reach to your team and have mailed all my documents to your team for esim transfer and they are only saying server down and will take 24 hours to revert i am in isolated place have lost access to whatsapp calling and other Financial account this is a serious concern and needs immediate attention plz resolve

Been with Vodafone since the Hutch/Orange days. Remember the pug ad that promised to follow you everywhere? Not anymore. Poor connectivity at home means I finally have to port. Will miss being a Vodafone user. @ViCustomerCare @akshayamoondra

@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneFdn After escalating my issue I got call from Sudha Yadav, Vodafone.she accepted the problem in their system but not able to rectify the fraud. My bill was calculated wrong.Some executives are tempting me of Rs. 100 deduction for ignoring their fraud.

Vodafone India’s service is useless! Suddenly my wife is getting a message that her number will be deactivated within 72 hours. Because her number has been randomly marked by Cyber cell! This is harassment! We are outside India! @ViCustomerCare
