@rmstakkar @ViCustomerCare Could you please update if my issues been taking care off . I'm still having issues on my network like couldnt place calls and unable to connect to my internet. I tried reaching out Vi through whatsapp but they never responded. Hope this gets resolved

I switched from Jio to Idea hoping that Idea would have improved its service. But for a week, I even can't call a person. I can't hear other person's voice clearly. I can't browse internet on my phone on so called India's fastest 4g network. @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare Dear Aisha If you can check complaints raised in 2 years and what resolution you have provided. Now leave it. You have lost more than 400 customers in just 4 days time, many more to add ....... You people don't need customers more i believe.
