@ViCustomerCare This is the third time where the TAT promised is almost over and you are not able to resolve the simple issue of removing the outgoing SMS barring. I wonder how you are going to survive in this competitive market in India. I also have sympathy but am highly disappointed #VIFails

@ViCustomerCare I postpaid user vry poor network complaint dn but waste garbage trash no sys of escalation and Complclosed without resolution tech team accept poor network and will take 90 days for considering I have been complaining more than months poor cust service support RAJ

@ViCustomerCare Hi Team, I have never seen pathetic company like vodafone,since I was requested you to convert my postpaid connection to prepaid but you guys sending bill over bill and I am not using vodafone services anymore since because you deactivated my account.

@ViCustomerCare hi, I activated the International roaming pack form the app day before for my travel. I am really struggling with any sort of 4G connection while all other networks are working fine. I've paid a huge amount absolutely rubbish service. Please help.
