Service of @ViCustomerCare has become totally hopeless in Nagpur Maharashtra after merger. Call drops, cross connection, no voice after call is established, can't get connected in just one dail. Idea was totally hopeless when i was using, so i took vodafone. Vi crossed limits.

They are saying indias fastest 4G but u can't get even 3G bandwidth after recharge. And Tejaswi Customer care ppl have no clue for their job. @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS kab tak chalega aisa ghatiya service. Thoda to update ho jao..

@Airtel_Presence I have already tried and it didn't work. Also it is happening frequently and I can't reinsert everytime. So please accept your issue and try to resolve it. Everyone in my place has the same issue. If you don't have any resolution, I am happy to move to @ViCustomerCare or @JioCare
