    Hey @ViCustomerCare , I ordered a prepaid SIM on 3rd May (Order ID: DCHD03052607885 ). It's been 4 days and still no delivery. Customer care is only giving vague 'call back' promises every day. Very poor service! Please resolve this immediately. #Vi #CustomerService

    @ViCustomerCare this is very frustrating abt Vodafone Mayur Vihar phase 1 Delhi store that untrained staff's foolishness n attitude n customer is left for visiting store again n again like govt dept, neither nodal nor appellate team serious abt it for years.
