    @ViCustomerCare Just now Vi social media team connected with me to discuss the issue and ordering to pay the pending postpaid amount. They are saying that Vi team is big network and can't track the person who asked to convert to postpaid. It's unacceptable from Vi network team

    @ViCustomerCare i bought new vi sim today in the process of converting it into an esim the network is gone of that from more than 2hrs now & there is no respond from customer support, no network also what should i do now?? I changed my sim from jio to vi for this???

    @ViCustomerCare how many days it takes to convert SIM to E-Sim. It has already been 6 days with no solution till date. This is the support we get after using Corporate Plans. No1 in the VI office knows who to coordinate, just mail and hope someday someone will revert. Shameful.

    @ViCustomerCare Back at the vi store to retry the sim activation all in vain. A senior citizen holds this number for 26yrs. Minimum courtesy should be shown to a loyal customer who lost his/her phone and now can’t activate the number. This is a deplorable state that your customer service is in.
