@ViCustomerCare You guys ask about the problem... address and many details but nothing happens. This is a clear negligence. Your services becoming pathetic day by day. I can understand if this happens once in a while but it is repeatedly happening every day every time I use internet.

@ViCustomerCare Still no response or a response as procrastination,that your records say, my number is active. Try to call and fact check that incoming calls/msg is barred. You're the worst customer service telecom operator. I must port now, despite having recharge of 6 months.

@ViCustomerCare Hi my number is 9089183120. Whenever i have some balance in my account, Vi would activate some pack like juice up videos etc. and deduct my balance. I again get it deactivated. I want to know what is wrong with it. This has become an issue over te last 3 months.
