@ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia as after recharge with 49 rupees I am not able for SMS I am not also to make a call to anyone and also on 198 that is completely free. I think u should stop ur business in India if u can't provide good service to your customers.

@bitbala @ViCustomerCare They don't want to do business at South particularly Tamilnadu. Their network is very worst. Poor indoor coverage. No vowifi. It may be rumours or news that, #vi don't have network team & is supported by airtel. So we are not getting good service compared to north. Better to port

@runophilia @ViCustomerCare Been trying to get in touch with someone senior who can actually help in @ViCustomerCare for a week now. Different info by CCE & completely different info on messages. Now, I have to go to a store to resolve my complaint. 😑😑
