    @ViCustomerCare Still issue of network not solved and somebody told from retension team says this bill genrated but I don't pay but again generated 135 kindly waive amt or a port to airtel

    Really very disappointed with the service of @VodaIdea_NEWS in my locality. My whole recharge goes in vain all the time. So poor network, can't even make local calls. Please resolve the issue if possible. I am frustrated! #VI #vodafoneidea @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare unable to send messages tried your customer number 199, 198 unable to reach then tried through vi app and whatsapp no solution... this is main bank number...due to the above problem not able to do transactions from the past three weeks...am literally feddup now

    @ViCustomerCare I am using Vi prepaid connection 9769351395 very disappointed form your services last 1 week i am getting only E signal my internet service not working only my number problem why ? Pls request to you check my connection i need 4G speed . As soon as possible solved my problem.

    @ViCustomerCare I decided to use Vi due comparably cheaper recharge packs but now I'm disappointed.... Very weak network in my area... whenever I open YouTube buffering starts! Can't even browse fast! Very poor network! Phone number: 7057967220 Resolve this issue asap!

    Pressed *123# from VI to check the balance, as it is the usual no in different networks. Immediately, got SMS 'Jokes Pack activated and 30 RS deducted'. Got refund after spending 8 minutes on customer care call. But, still it is cheating. Be aware of it @ViCustomerCare #VI

    @ViCustomerCare @TelecomTalk @TRAI VODA-IDEA is not helping to activate full DND services after requested 9-10 time. I think voda-idea's staff is not capable to resolve a simple problem #avoidtouseVODAIDEAcheapcompany
