    @ViCustomerCare @jagograhakjago I port my sim number +918433781973 From Airtel to VI in may 15 probebly. there is no network in it.I used it there for 1.5 months and came back here and now it is closed. Now what should I do? Please help me in any way possible.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare , Incase if you are wondering why are you loosing customer. Few days ago my sim stopped working, I went to the vi shop , they refused stating that relationship manager is not there , all they had to do was give a new sim but I understood and went on.

    @ViCustomerCare Very poor internet service provider in Delhi pin code 110086. I am unable to use my data pack due to poor internet even for small work on net I have to wait for 5 minutes in opening the portal. I think they don't understand the value of the customer.

    @ViCustomerCare But tell me one thing. Once I converted my number post to pre after clearing all dues and also recharge it for 365 days plan then why my no. was blocked on only Rs. 95 dues from postpaid. Now after paying dues service should restore within 4 hours. Now 2p hrs pas. How much
