@ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare very pathetic customer service. It's been 2 weeks within which my connection disconnected and resume again and you are now coming and saying #HappyToHelp . There is a compulsion to be connected with you otherwise VI was never my choice. #disappointed

@ViCustomerCare your services are the worst!!!!I can't even log a complaint on call nor via the app chat. On app chat it asks for OTP on email which I don't even get. On call it says number doesn't exist. It is one month now I can't even send messages or receive.Range is low too

@randyblythe1 @ViCustomerCare Ikr it's so frustrating 🙄 Tell your friends and family to switch to any other network. I'm gonna do the same. So much for the fastest 4g in India. Rn i don't even have 4g. I'm Just 200 meters away from the network tower.

Last few months i face issue from Vodafone Idea network i complaint many time but not solved. support excutive say turn off the phone and re-start and you get network waw .this cool .. I think @ViVodaidea not done your work. Bad/ worst service @VodafoneIdeaIN @ViCustomerCare
