    @ViCustomerCare Why don’t you fix your customer care first?? You have said I’ve used 50% of 300 gb international roaming in one day! And all I’ve done is answer emails and WhatsApp’s.

    Hey @ViCustomerCare,I am facing a serious network issue. Every time it rains or there is a power cut in my area,the network signal completely disappears.I can't make calls,send messages,or use the internet.This is very frustrating. please solve my problem#Vi #NetworkIssue

    Hello @JioCare / @Airtel_Presence / @ViCustomerCare .. There are close to 600 flats in my locality but hardly any good network and fiber connectivity. Please let me know how can reach out to you to fix this issue.

    @ViCustomerCare Can we hurry this up? You guys send 1 text message and discontinue the services. No calls, no emails, no WhatsApp too. Do you really expect people to keep a watch on their SMS at this time? Being a customer since the last 18-19 years has just brought disappointment.
