  @ViCustomerCare Hi Team, It’s been months now that I have been complaining about network & internet issues with the customer support but very poor experience. I can see a common practice by Vodafone i.e open a complaint and close it after 2-3 days since its ETA date arrives(1/2)

  @ViCustomerCare Again same problem. Every weekend wifi is not available. Jab renew krvana hota hai tab sales representative BHIKH mangte hai and then again no wifi service. Next time I am not going to renew. Shame on you. So poor. @ViCustomerCare

  @ViCustomerCare why is my network so unstable from morning? At first it wasn't even able to register itself on VI network now it's given up on trying to get a 4G signal and is only working on 2G

  @ViCustomerCare all my online orders are blocmed they cant reach me my transactions everything.its really a stupid network i have to wait whole 3 days for network issue to be resolved and im still waiting for resolution here..im porting away right after this resolves.

  @ViCustomerCare in city like gurgaon VI is giving 3G network on 4G plan since last 7 days.. pathetic network service , finally it seems time to move on to other network after 15 years..

  @ViCustomerCare Dear Vodafone, We are unable to browse a single page using your network. Please fix the issues asap as many students & employees are unable to work because of the poor network. This is a very serious situation for us and we rely on your network to work properly

  @ViCustomerCare Recently I went to VI store for postpaid to prepaid conversion. They verified my all documents and gave me prepaid sim. However, prepaid one never got activated. When I call your customer care they said I have to again go to VI store. I can't visit store again
