    @ViCustomerCare Yup! It was discussed. And I very well knew that there'd be no soul who'd be resolving my issue but just inform me that there's nothing more they can do. Thinking about porting out. Nonetheless, it was a good journey with #Vodafone. Time to go!!

    @ViCustomerCare Again today the network is down, no data network nor the calling network.. really it is utter nonsense... not able to tolerate your service.. worst service now a days.. from morning no data nor calling network..

    The utter ineptitude and lack of willingness to actually tackle a complaint is mind-boggling, @ViCustomerCare I haven't been able to make or receive calls for more than 2 weeks now.. and you guys bombard reminders when I'm late to pay my bill 24 hrs past due date

    @ViCustomerCare Your VoLTE service is very poor and below average. It disappears and doesn't appear again even after waiting for many hours on my Idea simcard. My Device is OnePlus 7T.
