@ViCustomerCare even after repeated comlaints the problems i m facing from last 15 days is still unresolved. it seems the company is no more interested to provide quality services to consumers. so i hav no other options than porting my number to other service providers

@ViCustomerCare I switched to postpaid service 1 month back and yesterday without any prior intimation my connection was cancelled denying access to me. There is no network from yesterday and this people do not bother to redress it even after repeated complaint.Pathetic service.

@ViCustomerCare HOW IS POSSIBLE THAT VI KEPT 2 DIFFERENT RECHARGES WITH SAME AMOUNT. IN RUPEES 299 CUSTOMER WILL GET 1.5GB/DAY AND IN ANOTHER RS 299 CUSTOMER CAN GET 2GB/DAY. I RECHARGED FOR 2GB/DAY BUT I GOT 1.5GB/DAY. WHY THIS KIND OF CHETING WITH CUSTOMERS?
