@ViCustomerCare Please Vi team reduce Vi stores, and expenses to survive in such poor cash crunch , and if you don't implement a stable network and pan India 5G , you may not even survive,(wise #KMBirla is most pessimistic about @ViNewsOfficial himself)forget profit in business !!

@ViCustomerCare They say every hour VI is installing 100 Network towers,I guess they are only focusing on installing towers,not focusing on making it work,they say VI is now 5G in Delhi/Ncr but truth is VI's network is not even capable to provide 2G connectivity.Already Made complaint many times

Pro tip: If you ever feel too valued as a customer, try ordering a @ViCustomerCare SIM online. Their delivery guy practically dared me to cancel. Challenge accepted. SIM cancelled. Thanks for reminding me why Airtel exists. 🙃📵 @ViNewsOfficial @ViBusinessIndia

Booked a @ViCustomerCare SIM online. Requested the delivery partner to come before 6:30pm due to work. He said “cancel it if you can’t wait.” So I did. Now I know why Vodafone’s losing customers. No wonder Airtel stays ahead. Great escape. #CustomerServiceFail #Vodafone
