    @ViCustomerCare i wanted to portin from airtel to vi & i have visited to your vi customer care office 3 time Vadodara they are telling me that you need recharge of 549 pa(249 for recharge 300 for sim activation charge)& I contact customer care telling no need for activation charg

    I’ve been facing issues with VAS @ViCustomerCare. This is the message I received today; Thank you for choosing to access Handset Inbuilt Games. Well, I haven’t chosen any game and I’ve been charged with ₹25 which is not refundable apparently. The same applies for caller tunes!

    Dear @ViCustomerCare internet seed in my area is very slow from past 3 days it's really hard to download any lectures or files even YouTube runs on 144p. If you are gonna put 4G logo then please don't give 2G speeds

    @ViCustomerCare my mobile no 9867689590 and my wife’s joint no was billed extra ₹ 1000/- for Amezone which I never asked I replied to SMSs for cancellation but since messages were not clearly drafted by Vodafone I used to get reply send reply by filling 123 I want you to help

    @ViCustomerCare there is too much fluctuation in signal strength..frequently connected to 3G or 2G network and after that i get no internet . Always think that the network would be better but there is no improvement My vi no is 6389662331 and my alternate number is 8851472381 .
