@ViCustomerCare I want to port my number to jio y is that porting message stop if u can't give the service u should allow ur customers to port without objections pls u people r the worst network in india n ripping Indian off 8 to 9 rs per day tht mean 900000 people per day profit

@ViCustomerCare been a loyal customer since 2007 however very disappointed with roaming service. Been 2 months now that i’m billed but not receiving any roaming service. Raised multiple complaints, spoke to several people in customer care but still facing theissue @RavinderTakkar

@ViCustomerCare Your services are down in Kota, Rajasthan. None of my VI connections are working. No network showing in the mobile phone. Improve such outages or else we will switch to other network providers. Resolve the issue at the earliest.

@ViCustomerCare is not giving otp for port and their network is worst its not working properly I have complained many times after the complain its works fine for 2 days and again the same.... I suggest everyone never to use vi go for Jio or airtel

Raised network complaint on 31st dec 2021, reference number: MNG-V00768603804. The expected resolution date is 04 Jan '22 6:00PM, but I cannot wait till that date as all my bank transactions are blocked , please help @ViCustomerCare
