    @ViCustomerCare Internet speed exponentially fallen down and is varying with an upper limit of 1 Mbps from yesterday evening. VI sim is the main source of my internet and being a student its creating inconvenience. No help from customer care yet. Used to get 32 - 36Mbps. Help :/

    @ViCustomerCare My post paid number is 8494904904. There is no network since 8th of April.Raised complaint about this through email and VI app. without contacting me and without resolving the issue they have closed my complaint.
