    @ViCustomerCare how do I complain about network if I don't have network to make a call? I tried to download your app but since there is zero network no OTP is getting generated either. Terrible network past week.

    @ViCustomerCare Pathetic service. Vi is always ignoring it's customers trouble. I am a postpaid customer since last 12 years and now just running pillar to post to convert it in Vi prepaid. Vi is not listening and now I am porting my number.
