@ViCustomerCare Despite of activating full DND, i am getting telemarketing & spam calls from @medlifecare daily. This is very irritating!! I have complained medlife customer care as well, but they dont solve this. Pls intervene @DoT_India

@ViCustomerCare Really disappointed at the sub-par customer service. No resolution despite visiting the store multiple times and calling/sending multiple mails for the last 4 months. Have faced so much inconvenience (monetary loss as well as time wastage) due to misguidance from your company.

@ViCustomerCare The issue is STILL NOT RESOLVED AS PER YOUR UPDATE I RECHARGED FOR 295 RS AND STILL NOT GETTING THE INTERNATIONAL ROAMING NOT A SINGLE NETWORK ON MY PHONE .DM IS ALREADY THERE SO DONT ASK TO DM AGAIN
