In comparing to other operator, VI n/w is too pathetic and every time same response from CC that max optimization done in your area but still issue stand unresolved. Currently in Har location & speed is not upto the mark.

@d_n_bavaliya @ViCustomerCare Same here. I recharged and amount is debited hut not credited in my sim. Now I understand why Jio is good and why people switched from this service provider. They don't even have customer care now. We have to whatsapp them or email. Pathetic

@nirjhareswar @ViCustomerCare Vi has gone nuts. This morning i made recharge with vi app and paid with Amazon pay upi. Amount deducted but service not provided by vi. They r telling to wait for 7 day to get money back.

@ViCustomerCare worst network service. I have done MNP to VI from airtel. But internet speed in VI is too much slow. I complaining constantly in customer care but still facing issue. Disappointed!!! Worst network. Kindly allow me to port again to another provider before 90 days.
