  @ViCustomerCare my vi sim was replaced yesterday from 3g to 4g. It's been over 24hrs now but the text msg service has not been restored yet. Please look into it ASAP!!

  @ViCustomerCare Please fix this before this weekend else I would have to port to a different network. Really fed up of this. My important msgs as such of OTPs are also getting blocked due to the same.

  @ViCustomerCare More mental torture. As if having spoken at length to so many telly callers and hoping for improvement, was not all. The fact of the matter appears that all those call center guys and gals promise to register complaint actually r lying. Company only cares abt due date & payment.

  @ViCustomerCare Today is my first day as a Vi customer. but i am very disappointed to see that VoLTE is not available in my phone. please fix it as soon as possible
