@ViCustomerCare @PatelLeena31 Visited store on 13th Sep to convert my "e-sim" to "physical Sim". Today (16th Sep) i visited 3rd time in store just to request for activating my "SIM", however SIM is still in dead condition. I can't daily take couple of hours break from the office just for VI pathetic service.

@ViCustomerCare On today 10 am to 2 pm no net connection in entire Tripura (North East Circle). Totally pathetic. Is it Vi service? Today i haven't attended any online classes due to Vi poor net connection.Totally worst customer service forever.
