@ViCustomerCare I spent Rs100 to visit your gallery. Your ppl were pushing me postpaid connection to port from Jio to Vi. I get 16 Vi share for this 100 as your shares are cheaper than 1 cutting tea in Mumbai. for your service, share price must be less than 10 paise which a begger may not accept

Hi @ViCustomerCare I have a valid pack and everything, but every time I am trying to validate number in google pay the SMS is not going with error-38. I have restarted my device, reset the network settings but still not working any fix? #vodafoneIN #error38 #vodafoneideaindia

@ViCustomerCare But network is still poor in cities like Mumbai. Upgrade that too. I have to make 3-4 calls and have to move outside for proper coverage.

@ViCustomerCare The complaint has been closed on thr VI app but I have ko resolution. I am left with no option but to port my number asap. I've been an Idea customer since the beginning, but I guess it needs to change now.
