    @ViCustomerCare I haven't received a call from your end after sharing number in DM. Please let me know that this problem will be resolved or I need to port my number. @DoT_India @TRAI Please look into this.

    @ViCustomerCare I have already told that there is too worst network in indoor area in my location. Specially in ground floor. Only 2g network showing. Where 5g is knocking your network provides only 2g network. No resolution received from your end. I will port out from @ViCustomerCare,

    @ViCustomerCare vi is double disgrace of vodafone and idea , providing fastest speed of 0.00 kb/s to 10 kb/s . not getting 1Rupee recharge from me. np wonder all are quiting this network.

    Hi @ViCustomerCare the VI app is off late very very slow. Logging in takes 3-4 attempts. Once in, I am unable to do bill payment as it's very slow & gets timed out.
