@ViCustomerCare Request you share a direct customer care number where my issue can be resolved. For most part of the day there is no network, the amount gets debited for recharges but services are not restored. No wonder ppl are switching networks.!

@ViCustomerCare Vi is the most ****** up network in Delhi NCR as well. This can be seen from Vi share price which is going down continuously. Why do you guys are wasting time & Money on such trials. Soon, Vi would be Avi- “Airtel Voda Idea” or Jvi- “ Jio Voda Idea”. Let’s see how it goes.

@ViCustomerCare you have a dedicated 'complaints only' number 198 where the IVR takes ages to complete the set of instructions without actually addressing the issue.i am trying to contact the customer care where I can speak to a human being for a change!

@ViCustomerCare Hi, we have resolved your network complaint no. UPE-V00639944325. With this, you should not face any further network issues.Just in case you arent happy with our resolution,you can appeal at 198 (Toll Free) within 30 days,problem not solve till now. Why send it ?
