    @ViCustomerCare I received the call from you and we talked. You need to take action against such sales executives. Her name was Rani and branch was Raichura Circle, Borivali West. They wanted just our money rather than resolving our problem. They made my uncle sit for 1.5 2 hours due to this.

    @ViCustomerCare Very pathetic services u guys r providing. Requested for e sim on your app and got confirmation also but didn’t received QR n my physical sim is also not working now. Customer care is asking for lost list of documents. Poor network n poor services.
