    @ViCustomerCare U guys are terrible. I paid bill on 30Jan2023. But last 15 days I recd abt 50 calls saying ₹261 not paid. Everytime gave txn id & date. They don't update. Today one Subham called at 12.30pm. Gave details. Yuvraj calls at 3pm & asks for payment details.Disgusting

    @ViCustomerCare Vi prepaid don't have retention offers when customer porting out their numbers they only send recorded voice calls n text sms. No one calls to the customer

    @ViCustomerCare I have been harassed now by your customer care. Ph - 8884449156 is purchased by someone else and provided my personal no. as alternative. He have not paid the bill and CC keep harassing me every day with calls and msgs now.
