    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup Forced to write to you that In our area Vodafone network is poor....I give so many complaints.. But didn't take any actions to improve.. Lost my money by recharging continuously.. But no use.. 🙏

    @ViCustomerCare Still same call done by VI why are you calling regarding information you are not want to known issue pls waived off existing unnecessary charges and late payment with GST is it okay total loot fraud don't recommend this.

    @ViCustomerCare against an old sim i took a replacement nano sim from vi store and after moré than 24 hours the new sim is still not active . Called customer care they are telling me you should keep your phone shut ! what kind of process is it ?

    @BandBajaateRaho sir, @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup is just fooling me around. Nearly 40 days, and we are forced to live in Stone Age on 2G network. They are just giving date after date, but no resolution. Please help.

    @ViCustomerCare entire day your expensive data pack doesn't suffice on such expensive plans & during night your free data 12-6 am doesn't work.... you guys should face dubious advertising charges from government

    @ViCustomerCare I never seen a such a poor service support from VI customer care. I log a complaint against the wrong amount added in my invoice 10 days ago. But still did not get any reply to me.Guys never buy any service from VI.

    @ViCustomerCare Last one month issue is not solves for wrong international roaming pack activated. Emails are not responded. Very poor service to a corporate customer.
