    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup Forced to write to you that In our area Vodafone network is poor....I give so many complaints.. But didn't take any actions to improve.. Lost my money by recharging continuously.. But no use.. 🙏

    Dear @ViCustomerCare, VI 5 G vi 5g not work properly in Delh. In some area 5g network doesn't work. In downloading Video and image, it takes more time. It happens with me not know about others. 4G works properly.

    i am value customer of your company as I am facing a problem whild recharging my number of plan 365 rs where I get 100 off coupon for some time the code was not getting applied on checkout section this I am facing from 1 months but still not resolved pls checkDm @ViCustomerCare

    No resolution ever after 72 Hrs, whereas I have paid money in advance. Pathetic that @vodafone in India is headed by bunch of unprofessionals. Even after payment and lapse of 72 Hrs, several follow ups and calls to Customer Care @ViCustomerCare is not able to deliver a new SIM.

    @Akshay725312967 @reliancejio Thanks bro, I was using Jio but as a prepaid and broadband user because at my place there was not work coverage issue, but as I moved out from there , I will definitely try once I complete 90 days in @ViCustomerCare . No one wants this #VI ****

    @ViCustomerCare Every single call now interrupted by an IVR message (re:scam) before it connects. It's incredibly disappointing and frustrating. Customers pay for a service, not forced announcements on every call. Please stop ruining the calling experience... tired #VodafoneIdea

    @ViCustomerCare Hi I recharged 100 inr, still am not getting incoming calls.. please help @TRAI it’s asking to recharge with data, then only I will get incoming calls..
