    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup Forced to write to you that In our area Vodafone network is poor....I give so many complaints.. But didn't take any actions to improve.. Lost my money by recharging continuously.. But no use.. 🙏

    @ViCustomerCare what happen man, don't you wanna give service for the amount that I am paying? The internet is struggling for the past few days. Multiple complaints have been raised via VI app but of no use. I think jio is getting better reception in my locality

    Confused with @ViCustomerCare roaming service. I paid for an IR roaming pack but still got charged for calls, despite not having used it because the signal was so bad (I ended up getting a local sim). I asked for breakdown of calls but got some gyaan and spoke to bots. +

    @ViCustomerCare More than a month. Still no resolution. Postpaid-to-Prepaid migration requested on 2 May. Payment completed. Proof shared. 50+ calls made. Result: Number disconnected and incorrect bill generated. How long does it take to verify a payment and fix a #customer account #Vi

    @ViCustomerCare i never asked u to call me. I posted the #Viscam. Ur network wantedly deactivating the numbers which does long day validity recharge. And making them to pay FRC for above 300 Or forcing them to use postpaid Because your network needs money to retain the business.

    Hi @ViCustomerCare Past last 7 days we are facing network issue. Complaint submitted MNG-V02116001514. Today’s compliment resolved message received but actually network issue not resolved. FYI . We have 8 users face facing same issue. @TRAI @airtelindia

    @ViCustomerCare Ordered a sim card on Friday and the status is still order placed. Boasts of 24 hour delivery but fails to even take an order. Paid even for the plan and completed KYC. Please help.
