    Confused with @ViCustomerCare roaming service. I paid for an IR roaming pack but still got charged for calls, despite not having used it because the signal was so bad (I ended up getting a local sim). I asked for breakdown of calls but got some gyaan and spoke to bots. +

Either you are scamming people left right and center or you don't know how your collaborators are working. So unprofessional.     @ViCustomerCare This problem is not a specific number problem it's a collective problem for many users so establish a Vi network in my area. Location+Village-Barwan Ratti Patti, Sub Division -Belthara Road, District -Ballia UP East,Pin :-221716 Kindly look into this problem a fix this ASAP
