  @ViCustomerCare gr8 support at ajmer store; wanted nano sim; agent asked if wish 2 retain number & said sim is inactive, need a recharge before conversion. Left the store, had Rs.2 balance, PORTed & got saved; 2 number ported in 6 months; understood why bankruptcy after all!

  @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Vodafone is purposely creating hassles in port out and following unethical practice. And we fail to understand even after confirming authorised signature details & reupdating it why is it again being said mismatch on porting request. Same sign is accepted for other requests.

  During surfing internet from my Vi SIM, my data exhausted after 1.5 GB(as per my plan).But suddenly give me a 1GB emergency data.And I am surprised as I deadly need this. Vi gives us more benefits than Jio & Airtel. Thanks @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia #Vilovingit
