    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup Forced to write to you that In our area Vodafone network is poor....I give so many complaints.. But didn't take any actions to improve.. Lost my money by recharging continuously.. But no use.. 🙏

    WTF @ViCustomerCare my internet speed is very slow when it's go ilon LTE 900 it's slow (0.75mbps download) and when at LTE2500 it's speed is good (21-35mbps) and they are launching so called 5g please improve your 4g first @JioCare and @airtelindia is better than your company.

    @ViCustomerCare For the last three months, I am continuously complaining that there is a problem in setting the caller tune, every time you will get the same answer, call 198, then after listening to everything, they cut the call, this is your service.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Afreen, bored of Vi botspeak. You've copy-pasted more of nothing on DM Sorry to hear that Vi cannot support customers, and leaves you guys without access to Vi chat records! We get the message - we will opt for another provider. Why bother your bots with our problems?

    @ViCustomerCare I can't access data since morning, whenever I open any app, it automatically changes from 4G to 2G. I've raised complain and given time frame till 16th Nov. This is disgusting to say the least and I'll soon change my network to Airtel or Jio, I've never faced issues with them.

    @ViCustomerCare day 6 and counting. Please REFUND my money taken as NETFLIX subscription in advance and stop sending me same updates saying you are working with your ‘internal’ teams. You don’t know the issue and I don’t know whom you are escalating to. I will port out now.

    @ViCustomerCare It has been more than 3 days - I have not received the auto-generated call for activating the eSIM. It’s a shame that even when you guys know this issue, nothing can be done about it. I’m porting to jio, you guys are terrible. Thanks
