    @ViCustomerCare seriously you guys don’t know how to do business, your market shares are falling day by day and you are trying to suck more with your crappy recharge plans. You removed the essential SMS service from your cheapest 99 plan. Now I don’t have a way to send sms.

    @PrasandhuR @ViCustomerCare It's third class service,they pretend by sending this kind of messages in DM and tweets,they actually don't really solve the problem,if someone comes and read this then they would think"Vi is good how they respond to customer in DMs and this kind of way"but in reality they don't.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia @vodafon Hello you khow why indian people leaving VI network even it give cheap rate of tariff because You make some silly (chindi giri) mistakes one is of not giving outgoing SMS in base plan of 99rs it destroys trust from u Small things but..

    @ViCustomerCare had been raising issue for bill but very casual approach from team VI. My monthly plan is 299 and my bill amount showing 2311

    Hey @ViCustomerCare if you can't provide network properly, leave internet your unble to provide network as good to talk on phone in my village, why don't you stop your service. We are paying you full payment not 1 rupees less and still I'm not getting the good network.
