@ViCustomerCare 3/n generated for the period of 8th Aug to 22nd Aug. What's this way of gaining money? Is this how you treat customers. I held Vodafone for over 10 years and postpaid for over 9 months despite knowing I anyway do not avail other services much. No customer would ever revert 3/n

@ViCustomerCare I was requested to terminate the service due to no network and poor internet services after that shirin called me and promised to provide best resolution. they terminated the services on the mark as personal reasons. How ridiculous is this.. Filing complaint to consumer afairs

@ViCustomerCare I have already stated the problem. This hasn’t been the case just once. If I switch my phone off and my min tariff is x but my usual spend is y (y>x) then I will get the bill y. Why do I need to check it and get it corrected, isn’t it your duty to not fraud jaunga.
