@VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup Forced to write to you that In our area Vodafone network is poor....I give so many complaints.. But didn't take any actions to improve.. Lost my money by recharging continuously.. But no use.. 🙏

@ViCustomerCare all of sudden my 10+ years old VI number is not a VI number anymore. VI Store and customer care couldn't find details of my number. SIM has no network since yesterday. SIM has active plan till March. @DoT_India

@ViCustomerCare pathetic experience...I brought 5 simcard but when I ask to closed it down...all took money first but didn't stop the service...I will see that no one in my contact will go for VI...for sure...

@ViCustomerCare hi, I am using 2 VI sims, but during evenings I am facing some network issues only with VI. I am not able to access all websites, but able to access all Google sites, apps, Insta, FB, WhatsApp etc.

@ViCustomerCare Today I got call from Vi backend team about issue today 03:52 PM, even though agent not lesson my issue and not solved the issue directly disconnected call, I did not get any call still now, issue is pending, Why are you wasting my time, I need resolution
