@VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup Forced to write to you that In our area Vodafone network is poor....I give so many complaints.. But didn't take any actions to improve.. Lost my money by recharging continuously.. But no use.. 🙏

@ViCustomerCare I am a prepaid customer of Idea. I am looking to xchange my current SIM with new SIM. Vi store at Chhindwara is asking Rs. 200.for this. Is it a good practice when others are ready for new customers with Open Arms.

@ViCustomerCare i have paid my bill of 399 + GST within a day oof receiving the bill. My service provider @ViCustomerCare cannot provide resolution for the network problem at my location. As per @ViCustomerCare that tower exists..i would request Vi to kindly check its functioning
