@VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup Forced to write to you that In our area Vodafone network is poor....I give so many complaints.. But didn't take any actions to improve.. Lost my money by recharging continuously.. But no use.. 🙏

2/2 @ViCustomerCare @TRAI .. chrgs were rvrsd and srvcs cancld. Don't know if this hppns with othrs also and they are aware. Issue is not only abt mny but with unwanted subscriptions. If he would have been playing games on mobile,would be happy to enroll.

@ViCustomerCare Do you at all realise why the complain? You are refunding my money, (which was a deposit with u), because I ported my number to airtel. This cheque of refund has been delivered God knows where! Now that I am not on your network, where should I get Vi number from ? Common sense??

@ViCustomerCare For sending a SMS one need to recharge for 128rs even after having main balance and validity. Unfair, Don't go back in time, sms is 2G era, can't be that costly. U aren't earning money, it's loot. Piss poor pathetic

1/2 @ViCustomerCare Can you pls let me know what are "Contakt Gaming Services" and "Games World" in VI? Apparently my 60 yrs old dad's prepaid a/c has been charged for them, he has no idea about it. This happened in past also for othr VAS. Everytime on calling support... @TRAI

@ViCustomerCare Thanks @ViCustomerCare for the quick support . Got the information on the SIM replacement cost which is 75 rs. Its better to port to another provider where they provide free home delivery of the Sim.
