@VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup Forced to write to you that In our area Vodafone network is poor....I give so many complaints.. But didn't take any actions to improve.. Lost my money by recharging continuously.. But no use.. 🙏

@Abhneesh @ViCustomerCare @TRAI please look into matter a customer is haraased he is paying price for opting a service which he never get why customer has to be harrased mentally by your customer care who put on hold as if customer is mad or fool Request you to look into the matter at the earliest..

@ViCustomerCare Just got ported to Vi. y do i have 2 hear d entire covid msg b4 making any call? Der’s no point hearing d msg 100 times in a day before my call can get connected. Jio and airtel both have stopped it, why can’t u?? This causes serious problems in an emergency
