  @ViCustomerCare I received the call from you and we talked. You need to take action against such sales executives. Her name was Rani and branch was Raichura Circle, Borivali West. They wanted just our money rather than resolving our problem. They made my uncle sit for 1.5 2 hours due to this.

  @ViCustomerCare few days back on 8th July I filed a request mentioning how the internet quality in my locality is very poor and Vi should do something regarding it. But the request's status is now been marked 'possessed' yet the issue still persists.
