    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup Forced to write to you that In our area Vodafone network is poor....I give so many complaints.. But didn't take any actions to improve.. Lost my money by recharging continuously.. But no use.. 🙏

    During the powercut network is being unavailable in the locations. The local handler is not using the generator or other option to run the tower. We are facing No Network every time during the power cut. Look into it @ViCustomerCare

    Hey @AnanyaBirlaX Please look into how @ViCustomerCare operates. Consumers won't mind paying Rs. 500 instead of Rs. 400. But please ensure you have the crucial network infrastructure in place, at least in cities like #Pune Else, shut this down for good instead of looting

    @ViCustomerCare Till now no eSIM received . Even I sent all docs via email and also agent contacted me and took all documents via WhatsApp too including phone EID . Still eSIM not received . Network Signal not received too

    @ViCustomerCare worst service provider . I requested to convert my postpaid number to prepaid at VI store . They give me new sim and i paid them. And they informed me postpaid sim will get desctive and i can put prepaid sim than . But my postpaid connection is still actice
