  @ViCustomerCare recently I have Ported my number from Jio to Vi, just trust me this is the worst network in Vasco-da-Gama, Goa area. Calls are not going properly. Every call is dropping, internet is like 2G. Please improve the network in this area.

  @ViCustomerCare I hav been a Vodafone customerm since 2008. Now the trust I had on Vi has completely gone, a simple task like changing postpaid plan cannot be fulfilled since the past 5 months. Tried the physical customer store in Perumbavoor online too. Changing my 2nd sim too.

  I would suggest anyone using @ViCustomerCare to switch to any other network, because @ViCustomerCare internet is very horrible. Past 1 year I have registered complaints but no action taken they only say that the best possible network coverage is there in ur area.

  Hey @ViCustomerCare my uncle's number got inactive due to the TAFCOP portal. I’m unable to reverify it, and even the store couldn’t help. The number will be completely inactive by 22 Sep. Please assist urgently.
