@ViCustomerCare My Vodafone no was deactivated through the Sanchar Saathi app. To reactivate it, I’ve been asked to pay ₹1500 plus a ₹799 monthly postpaid plan for the next 7 months, claiming it is a “VIP number” in your system. What kind of service is this?

@ViCustomerCare "I am facing a severe network issue at my residence in Rohtak, near Balaji Misthan Bhandar (Prem Nagar area). The main problems are: Indoor Coverage: As soon as I enter my house, the network signal drops to 'E' (Edge). It only works properly 4G outside the house.

@ViCustomerCare The internet speed and network connectivity are absolutely terrible—there is constantly just a single signal bar. If you cannot provide decent internet speeds or a reliable network, then just shut down your company; why are you even running it?
