@VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup Forced to write to you that In our area Vodafone network is poor....I give so many complaints.. But didn't take any actions to improve.. Lost my money by recharging continuously.. But no use.. 🙏

@ViCustomerCare @Airtel_Presence If you guys cannot fulfill commitments, we dont want your service, VODAFONE IDEA. Network is really bad plus 7000 rupees charged to me unduly. You have zero respect for your 15 year old customers!!

@ViCustomerCare, I am afraid to inform that calling customer care 3 times on regular interval of 2 days issue is still pending. Amount got deducted from my number without my consent and on 19th April 2021, customer care said that in next 24 hrs I will receive the deducted amount
