@ViCustomerCare How can I reach out to Vi customer service from another network? Tried recharging through your app twice today, both were successful(money deducted) without confirmation messages on recharges. Any ongoing issue?

@ViCustomerCare Hello! Your Roaming related complaint for 893030XXXX with reference number C003-115553243277 is resolved. If you are not satisfied, you can also call and appeal at 198 (Toll Free). Not resolved, customer care called and before completing what they are saying call got disconnected

Pathetic service by @ViCustomerCare After converting existing number from Postpaid to Prepaid they still continue billing on earlier Postpaid and claim payment of bill amount for the same period where Prepaid bill has already been paid.
