  I have called the customer service thrice and no response. I have emailed, and even contacted the service on whatsApp, but no response. @ViCustomerCare is of no help. My balance got deducted for a service I did not activate and I demand refund.

  Vi has worst network strenght , i am not able to send even a whatsapp massege. How they claim for best internet speed. I complained many times but they are not taking any actions . @ViCustomerCare @TRAI

  @ViCustomerCare 50 rs from my balance got deducted for some mydala powered scheme, which I did not activated. And customer support is of no help. Last month also it happened and they refunded the money. And now again. What kind of loot is this?

  @ViCustomerCare Hi, I had ported my Number from Jio to VI . But its the 4 day today and still the Porting is not Processed and the new sim is not active yet. Kindly help me and get my new VI activated at the earliest!!
