@ViCustomerCare How can I reach out to Vi customer service from another network? Tried recharging through your app twice today, both were successful(money deducted) without confirmation messages on recharges. Any ongoing issue?

@ViCustomerCare NEVER THOUGHT VI WILL DO THIS CHEATING CLIENTS - I recently ported out my number because of poor response on network problem, this was post paid connection, vi has increased tarriff by 50%, csr told they do tarriff change without taking confirmation from clients

@ViCustomerCare It hurts me as well to see that even after 3 weeks, this isn't resolved. I will consider switching to another network if this isn't sorted out soon.
