@VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup Forced to write to you that In our area Vodafone network is poor....I give so many complaints.. But didn't take any actions to improve.. Lost my money by recharging continuously.. But no use.. 🙏

@ViCustomerCare Why your network is like always shits to 2G??? Because of this ****, and when I set my network to 4G Only Strict mode, then there Volte got invisible. And because of No Volte and 4G Only I missed many calls Today😭🥲 please fix it

@ViCustomerCare Since last 3 months I am trying to get a sim replacement for my lost sim with no luck. When I call customer care for help, they say only vi store can help you. But is not capable of solving my issue since September 2022.

@ViCustomerCare Worst Network and pathetic customer care, since last 4 months when I porten in Vi they are unable to resolve the Network issue and just keep on saying we are working on it. This private company like Vi is worst then Government Telecom companies.
