@VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup Forced to write to you that In our area Vodafone network is poor....I give so many complaints.. But didn't take any actions to improve.. Lost my money by recharging continuously.. But no use.. 🙏

@ViCustomerCare How can I reach out to Vi customer service from another network? Tried recharging through your app twice today, both were successful(money deducted) without confirmation messages on recharges. Any ongoing issue?

@ViCustomerCare would like to port my Jio number to Vodafone. @JioCare have no concern for their customers. Waiting for a reply since 2hrs & nothing. Atleast ppl at @vodafone pick up the calls. Pathetic customer service by Jio, disappointed beyond measure.

It was never good, but when I said how bad can it get, I definitely didn't mean for em to take it as a challenge. 🙄 Reminds one of the 'Babu' culture; making 1 run pillar to post. @ViCustomerCare The Cyclone is long gone from Goa and still the network is pathetic. Calls and data does not work even though it does show that I have full network. Your customer care cannot resolve until may 24th? Are you serious? Network is down since 18th May! Pincode 403715 area has issue.
