@ViCustomerCare How can I reach out to Vi customer service from another network? Tried recharging through your app twice today, both were successful(money deducted) without confirmation messages on recharges. Any ongoing issue?

@VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup Forced to write to you that In our area Vodafone network is poor....I give so many complaints.. But didn't take any actions to improve.. Lost my money by recharging continuously.. But no use.. 🙏

I don't know why normal sms service is stopped after price hike on other than unlimited packs by mobile sim service provider. Atleast they should provide on charge basis from main balance as sms are basic need. @airtelnews @ViCustomerCare @TRAI

@ViCustomerCare I got ditched two times for my recharge which was shown as 27 days on Paytm for Rs. 199 but after payment got only for 18 days. ONR2112251830170100 (in Dec) ONR2111302035160192 (in Nov) This is unfair. You show something and do something. Please help fix it. 🙏🏻

@ViCustomerCare Hi Vi, nowadays Jio and Airtel are providing free Missed Called Alert service with all their postpaid plans and you want to charge your customers for MCA. Do u thnk u hv tht much credibility to ask for extra payment for addon services..@DoT_India @TRAI

@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup my father is 75+ years,had by paas surgery early this year follwd by cancer.His sim got dmgd, we rqstd VI store (Model town,Delhi) to re issue d sim,bt they just ignrd rrequest saying d customer has to come on his own whatever condition he is in.
