    @ViCustomerCare How can I reach out to Vi customer service from another network? Tried recharging through your app twice today, both were successful(money deducted) without confirmation messages on recharges. Any ongoing issue?

    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup Forced to write to you that In our area Vodafone network is poor....I give so many complaints.. But didn't take any actions to improve.. Lost my money by recharging continuously.. But no use.. 🙏

    I bought VI SIM in 2020 and inserted it in my phone.On 28 Jan 2022, VI network suddenly disappeared, so I called CC, they said SIM damaged. How can SIM be damaged if I've never removed the SIM from the phone? Went to VI store, respected lady asking for 100Rs [1/2] @ViCustomerCare

    @JioCare @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare why are you providing 28 days recharge plan while financial year have 30 days in a month, people are earning after 30 days duty. Recharge finished before a month very loss deal to customer.

    @ViCustomerCare your customer care (Vikash) is misguiding me by saying that my sms is not sending because I am in Roaming. Your executive is misguiding customer because I have been using sms service for last 5 month in roaming. Don't fool customers. @jagograhakjago

    @ViCustomerCare U have the worst network at all. No network bars at all I have to freaking struggle to make calls cannot rely on wifi also. All my money is wasted my regularly and advanced bill payment ar in vein. Plz work on ur network strength. Douche

    @ViCustomerCare Frequently getting calls from 6 digit number without any Country code. 546738 546737 546733 546739 546735 546734 546736 Daily 4-5 miss calls from this numbers, If I mistakenly received a call it gets automatically disconnected Please help me

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Pavitra! For efficiency reasons,I'll be able to delete my number from your timeline once I have been contacted. As Vodafone isn't know for it's customer service or rather it is known for not giving customer service.
