@VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup Forced to write to you that In our area Vodafone network is poor....I give so many complaints.. But didn't take any actions to improve.. Lost my money by recharging continuously.. But no use.. 🙏

Facing network and internet issues with all Vi numbers. And the service providers are so rigid that they are not even ready to understand the issue. Isn't it clear that all i aske for is to Port my number. Please don't force me to continue with Vi anymore. @ViCustomerCare

If costumer did something wrong there no option to return back your money when company did same they have only single world sorry.... shame on you @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia i want cancel my last recharge because of i was on the way by train so do something vi team..

@ViCustomerCare I have converted from Postpaid to Prepaid yesterday and from yesterday I'm not able to make or receive calls from anybody. I have done recharge of 299 but not use of it.. its really frustrating and this is done by VI only for me to be frustrated. #poor #service
