Why should a solo woman travel to another town because VI delivered a faulty SIM? ₹365 recharge wasted, 7 days lost! Fix this ASAP!

I paid for an IR roaming pack but still got charged for calls, despite not having used it because the signal was so bad (I ended up getting a local sim).
