@VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup Forced to write to you that In our area Vodafone network is poor....I give so many complaints.. But didn't take any actions to improve.. Lost my money by recharging continuously.. But no use.. 🙏

@ViCustomerCare How can I reach out to Vi customer service from another network? Tried recharging through your app twice today, both were successful(money deducted) without confirmation messages on recharges. Any ongoing issue?

@TRAI @ViCustomerCare VI preventing to send PORT message. I'm on active plan for 28 days that was offered on VI App when i recharged. Now Customer service says that it must be 24 days validity. My plan still shows 1 day validity left 587 sms remaining.

@ViCustomerCare @TRAI I was a VI postpaid customer with fixed monthly bill of Rs 353, just because I ported into some other operator as I was facing n/w issues all the time, could you please let me know why my bill suddenly changed to Rs 440 and being asked to pay more money??

@ViCustomerCare I have an complaint regards late payment charges. In Feb 2022 payment done from our side on 10 Feb 2022 but its not update by your team and its updated on 14 March so got invoice with 100rs late payment charges and in next month 50rs late payment charges.
