    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup Forced to write to you that In our area Vodafone network is poor....I give so many complaints.. But didn't take any actions to improve.. Lost my money by recharging continuously.. But no use.. 🙏

    @ViCustomerCare How can I reach out to Vi customer service from another network? Tried recharging through your app twice today, both were successful(money deducted) without confirmation messages on recharges. Any ongoing issue?

    @ViCustomerCare Vi service is very ridiculous now days.. earlier when it was idea was good service provider.. but after merger n acquisition was pathetic experience

    @ViCustomerCare Hii Vi, your service is a bad service, i can't use my data. I am not able to taking my online lectures. I have already complained too many times but i did not get any response. Only 0. 0KB - 2. 0KB speed are available Village masoori, ghaziabad, pin. Code 201015

    We are facing lot of problems in network from 2 months but didn't get any improvement in network and bill. You charged for Toll free number and roaming charges. If we are facing lot of problem you should give the discount and recharge @ViCustomerCare @VidafoneSocial @vodafone

    Vi company employees having frauds with Vi customer. their authorised store frauds me by misrepresentation. only to fulfill their target and i am postpaid customer but helpless. be aware do not go for Vi @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare #fraud #misrepresentation

    Hi @rmstakkar @ViCustomerCare , think, vi has only added the customer in Mar 2022 after merger. It's in 3rd place for customer base and losing their customer every month. Now, I am vi user since last 6 years and didn't port my number to any other provider.

    @ViCustomerCare on my dad no. 7654698688 balance was rs.68.13 But after some time the balance was suddenly became decrease to rs3.12 was this is a joke or what.. trying to call on 199 customer service but the key code they are saying that's not connecting at all...
