    @ViCustomerCare How can I reach out to Vi customer service from another network? Tried recharging through your app twice today, both were successful(money deducted) without confirmation messages on recharges. Any ongoing issue?

    @ViCustomerCare I called your customer care and your executive simply refused to talk and said our system is not working so call after 4 hrs, so I raised port request and bty it will be my third Vodafone number that I'm going to port from same locality which is a prime location.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare what's wrong with your network at Noida Sector 134, Wajidpur from last Saturday. I changed my device to cross check but when I visited the local mobile shop I was shocked when the shopkeeper told me around 30 persons visited for the same issue.

    Would like to ask @ViCustomerCare why should anyone join your service if you are unable to provide either of it. Whenever try to access Internet service there is only one thing and that’s buffering. What kind of pathetic service provider are you. Disappointed beyond words.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare it has been more than 3 months More than 20 emails and reply but no resolution from your side ,my parents both senior citizens visited store saveral times but this is purely mental harassment.@JioCare will message you
