    @ViCustomerCare You don't seem to care about customers anymore. Your network is pathetic here in a tier 2 city that hardly reaches 50KB/s, imagine how you'd be servicing rural folks. I really regret wasting money on your service.

    What is happening with your network @ViCustomerCare ?? It just won't go up above 0.38 kbps and when it comes to internet surfing it always shows me offline. I complaint many times to your customer care number but they are telling me the same message to fix it, and nobody fix it.

    @ViCustomerCare is on the way to extinct which it deserves. Even after repeated complaint network is hell. You guys forced me to recharge my other oparator number even after recharging @VodaIdea_NEWS unlimited plan.
