@ViCustomerCare How can I reach out to Vi customer service from another network? Tried recharging through your app twice today, both were successful(money deducted) without confirmation messages on recharges. Any ongoing issue?

@VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup Forced to write to you that In our area Vodafone network is poor....I give so many complaints.. But didn't take any actions to improve.. Lost my money by recharging continuously.. But no use.. 🙏

@jovindeglus @ViCustomerCare Sir, for this network our Tamilnadu is inferior, they don’t want to provide any services. All over Tamilnadu indoor coverage is very poor. For them our தமிழ்நாடு is non priority circle. Here they won’t provide esim, vowifi like other operators.

@ViCustomerCare I live in Roorkee uttrakhand 247667 and the network is very very very very bad, 4g always fluctuates and i am unable to make calls on 4g due to very poor signal, so i have to switch on 2g to make calls. Pathetic service.

@ViCustomerCare can you remove the long covid message before each call. Everyone is already aware of it. Network-service is so poor that it never connects at first attempt and 2-3 times need to hear the message.
