@ViCustomerCare How can I reach out to Vi customer service from another network? Tried recharging through your app twice today, both were successful(money deducted) without confirmation messages on recharges. Any ongoing issue?

@ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS stop cheating about Netflix promise this is what you do with redx premium customer, i will request change my plan 699 and for Netflix take charges 2388 and penalty levy of 3k should not be applicable.

@ViCustomerCare @TRAI @GoI_MeitY when will Vi start giving esim to its prepaid customers. I believe technology can not be any issue as Vi is already providing esim to it’s post paid customers. Or it’s a strategy to FORCE public to migrate to post paid !!!!
