@ViCustomerCare How can I reach out to Vi customer service from another network? Tried recharging through your app twice today, both were successful(money deducted) without confirmation messages on recharges. Any ongoing issue?

@ViCustomerCare Only when I opted to port out there was a response from the team . Now within 3 days back to square one outgoing not going. Only God can save this type of service.

@ViCustomerCare The network is pretty bad when it comes to connecting to game servers and MIS servers for work, and it drops consistently, rarely giving decent performance while working or gaming.. How do I fix this?

Hey @ViCustomerCare I have been facing internet drop problem since 5 months, every time you can't give me response like "Network over utilized TAT 90 days for network upgradation". Give me a solid reason why I should continue using VI? FYI 5 months >>>> your supposed TAT 90 days

@ViCustomerCare @HDFC_Bank Banks, Mobile service providers send you stupid packs, credit limit increase without the customer being aware. They self activate and bill the consumers. TOTAL FRAUD. 😡😡
