@ViCustomerCare my god i am very much upset with VI network speed. Totally disappointed it always shows the 3g network sometimes 4g but the speed is the wrost if the speed will not increased i am going to change the sim and with me 3 more people will. Hange the VI Sim wrost 😡😡

@ViCustomerCare We had complained on Sep 11 about slow data connectivity on my wife's mobile. On 4G phone she gets 2G speeds. We were told issue will be resolved by Sep 15. Issue is not resolved and there is no revert. Complaint reference number GNLOE9TYIX. Expect better service.
