    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup Forced to write to you that In our area Vodafone network is poor....I give so many complaints.. But didn't take any actions to improve.. Lost my money by recharging continuously.. But no use.. 🙏

    @ViCustomerCare How can I reach out to Vi customer service from another network? Tried recharging through your app twice today, both were successful(money deducted) without confirmation messages on recharges. Any ongoing issue?

    @ViCustomerCare Very disappointed with VI service. My SIM has not been working for the last 2 hours in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh. No internet, no calling at all. This kind of network issue is unacceptable. Fix this immediately and provide a proper update

    @ViCustomerCare No network most of the times..only 1 or 2 bars show up... Internet always on 'E' 4G works only on some specific coordinates not everywhere..

    @ViCustomerCare We have taken a Toll Free Number 1800 12 12345 ( Not Working) , DLT Services ( Not Working), Five VIP Postpaid Numbers (Some Issues). Invoices not provided. Our startup not started due to Vodafone India. No one listening in VI. Baki Sab Theek Hai

    @ViCustomerCare Despite being in touch with your team for last 2 dys, there is still no clear coordination and cant keep me waiting for in bw vague calls with no final solution. As shared above, will continue to document all ur responses consistently as even pointedly requested your team member.

    @ViCustomerCare As expected your team called and refused to help. Told them I’ve been trying to port this out and I was told I will highlight to a senior a cut the phone. Huge problems with your customer service. @TRAI pls make a note of all this.

    MNP SIM delivery delayed for days. @ViCustomerCare refusing to lodge a proper complaint and demanding a 72-hour wait just to register the issue. Order ID: DCHD07042623936. @TRAI @DoT_India please investigate this anti-consumer practice
