@VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup Forced to write to you that In our area Vodafone network is poor....I give so many complaints.. But didn't take any actions to improve.. Lost my money by recharging continuously.. But no use.. 🙏

@ViCustomerCare what to provide? I already called customer care and told them why did you have a 99 Rs plan that blocked SMS even when u had balance. A balance means you can use it for anything. I asked 4 a refund which I didn't get but I wud be happy if u get fined for looting ur customers

@ViCustomerCare @airtelindia now my number airtel 9765977509 got deactivated, I cleared all due and still I owe 970 from vodafone and I paid one year top up. Please fix this asap otherwise I will escalate this in legal process.
