@ViCustomerCare How can I reach out to Vi customer service from another network? Tried recharging through your app twice today, both were successful(money deducted) without confirmation messages on recharges. Any ongoing issue?

So @ViCustomerCare called me to inform that my #DND complaint has been closed because they could not find matching entry in CDR for the date. I am on full DND and VI have call record at their end, but probably for not same date. cc: @TRAI

@ViCustomerCare Called customer care they said they would get back to me, but they never did. Is this how you treat your customers? I had to pay the whole amount cause got to see if I dont pay i end up losing the network not getting back. The moment I do i get the network.

@ViCustomerCare Does VodafoneIdea charge 484rs to migrate from postpaid to prepaid opting the same mobile number? The customer executive told me I would get 1.5gb data/unlimited calls for 28days. And said the processing fee is included in that 484rs. Is this true?

Since I have call recording of this particular call, I asked what other options I have to escalate this, for which @ViCustomerCare confirmed that case is closed and nothing can be done now to reopen it. I am not allowed to provide any evidence to support my claim. @TRAI
