@ViCustomerCare How can I reach out to Vi customer service from another network? Tried recharging through your app twice today, both were successful(money deducted) without confirmation messages on recharges. Any ongoing issue?

@ViCustomerCare I'm unable to connect to a bunch of websites and services as soon as my daily 1.5 GB data is over or once it's midnight. I have a 3 GB top-up done on my number, that should work after daily 1.5 GB is over. Problem appears to be location specific. Please fix it.

.@ViCustomerCare Have no network coverage for both my and my wife's number for the entire day. No incoming calls or SMS and keep getting message 'unable to connect to network' . It's been over 6 hours of this without any solution or change to the situation. @airtelindia

@ViCustomerCare it’s been 3 days that I lodged a complaint that I can’t access internet on my phone in roaming n no one has called me or rectified the issue. What’s the point of roaming if v can’t get internet. No point of hvg VI.
