@ViCustomerCare @vodafone It's really worst experience and response from vi care. As they never provide accurate solution for any issue instead argue for some bullshit reason. It was clear conversation with customer service to change plan for my number. @VodafoneUK

Dear @ViCustomerCare I have done recharge of 299 from VI app on 11Apr 2021.. amount paid but did not received recharge benefits. Since last 3 months your customer care official harrassing me for refund. Their behaviour is like fraud who knows no one can harm them. @GoI_MeitY

@ViCustomerCare For Vodafone prepaid number, on "Motorola G30" phone, VoLTE, VoWiFi, WiFi Calling is NOT working, eventhough that options NOT available to enable VoLTE, VoWiFi, WiFi calling.
