    @ViCustomerCare This is how you troubleshoot - 1 chat support asks tonnes of questions and redirects user to email 2 email support asks the same questions again and again. does nothing. 3 twitter tries to corner the user in to DM and asks same questions again and again

    @ViCustomerCare My old sim developed technical problem. I bought a new replacement sim today evening at 7.10 pm. I was told it takes 30 minutes to activate replacement sim. Service is not activated till now. Please check and inform activation status. Number in DM.

    @ViCustomerCare If you can't run the company properly, then give someone else the opportunity. Customers are suffering from every possible issue—expensive recharges, reduced talktime, less data, shorter validity, poor network coverage, and even SIM deactivation without proper justification.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare , My father, who was the account holder of our family postpaid numbers, has recently passed away. Due to this sudden crisis, we couldn't pay the 2 months' bill and are facing severe financial distress. Customer service is threatening to disconnect all numbers. We want to clear the dues and transfer the ownership, but we need emotional and financial breathing room. Please help us temporarily freeze outgoing charges and clear dues without disconnecting our lines.
