    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIdeaIN @rmstakkar I live in South Delhi n it has been months since I experienced a proper network. So much, I can't even get thru' to 198 to register complaint for almost zero connectivity. Business suffering. Pl take action before I port 4 connections.

    @ViCustomerCare I registered complaint about DND today, got sms that it is resolved, but no information about resolution. The number (198) given to log appeals is not working. What a pathetic way of resolving complaints. @TRAI @DoT_India

    @TRAI @DoT_India @ViCustomerCare what a bull **** in Vodafone IDEA you can't send sms even after having sufficient balance. Monopoly of VI to recharge more than rs 129 to send sms. TRAI should take a note of it. Not satisfied with this service condition.
