@ViCustomerCare My VI sim has been activated on 17-may but my incoming calls and SMS are not working even outgoing SMS also. I have raised a complaint for this on 18-May but your team are not resolving my issue. They are keep increasing the expected resolution date.

@ViCustomerCare once more vi is gvg problems. I got my sim changed from the store and still it hasn’t got activated coz the server hasn’t called me to register my sim. Store guy tells me he can’t tell me max time !!!
