    @ViCustomerCare Is this how you help your old customers? My dad lost his SIM card, and he went to a Vi Store, got the new card issued, but it didn’t activate. On enquiring, the store said “the document verification failed as the system cannot find associated docs.”

    @ViCustomerCare what’s wrong with service, it’s been year I was using without any issue now last two months troubling!!!! Same amount recharge every month and all sudden daily data limit stopped & plans ends in 10 days
