    In my 20 yrs of using @ViCustomerCare right from essar, hutch, Vodafone, Vodafone idea & now VI days, I've NEVER seen this unprofessional & incompetent behaviour from them. They havent been sending me bills or calling inspite of zillion reminders & have sent a threatening notice!

    @vodafone @ViCustomerCare I paid all my pending bills as per your customer service agent suggested, he mentioned that your services will be up in one hour. It has been 5 hours and still I am waiting for services to up and running. Please do the needful #VodafoneIdea
