    @ViCustomerCare stupid network!!! My sis just did a recharge to her phone amount got cut from bank but recharge didn't happen....she said she had enough and going to Port to some network that actually values its customer...

    @ViCustomerCare Since morning I couldn't make recharge, none of the payment apps are supporting , so I tried in VI app itself the money is withdrawn but not geeting recharged , feed up with ur service.

    @ViCustomerCare recharged via Vi web page, it said successfull and gave order id, but still not recharged. Customercare number keeps disconnecting. Please help

    @ViCustomerCare I think you don’t value your customer anymore NEED TO PORT TO AIRTEL #airtel . Was with Vodafone from past 9years and now you have started deducting amount for services which were never activated . Your customer service said amt will be refunded but nothing !!!
