Vishno Rao (Veeraa) (@ferrero_raocher) reported@ViCustomerCare Back at the vi store to retry the sim activation all in vain. A senior citizen holds this number for 26yrs. Minimum courtesy should be shown to a loyal customer who lost his/her phone and now can’t activate the number. This is a deplorable state that your customer service is in.

I placed Port requests three times but due to personal issues process wasn’t complete. They offered me data but there was no single call from Vi asking why are you even porting.
