  @ViCustomerCare Paid for a new Vi SIM with delivery scheduled for 31st July in Bargarh, Odisha. No one showed up. Every day customer support gives the same script: "Executive will reach today." Still waiting. Please resolve this or refund my money immediately.

  @ViCustomerCare Don’t ask me to DM. The issue is public. Your number +919953015328 is being used for marketing calls, which is illegal under TRAI rules. Take action on this number and confirm here publicly. Stop pushing customers into DMs to hide the problem.
