@ViCustomerCare How can I reach out to Vi customer service from another network? Tried recharging through your app twice today, both were successful(money deducted) without confirmation messages on recharges. Any ongoing issue?

@ViCustomerCare Its strange everytime i have to ask someone their non Idea network phone and complain and these pigs ervy tme raise complain and give resolving date saying on priroty. Wake up pigs from the dirt and stop lying and start giving service for our money.

The solution given by technical team is to reboot my phone. What a pity @ViCustomerCare . I have reported nearly about 500 subscribers are about to port to other networks. Your team shows no seriousness on this. I too carry my docs to near by showroom for porting. Thank you

@ViCustomerCare I have already paid my bill on 21-05-2021 but still I am getting calls from your side to pay the bill again. When I spoke to your customer care they said that if the bill is not paid then you will get the money refunded but I've not get yet it means bill is paid.
