    @ViCustomerCare How can I reach out to Vi customer service from another network? Tried recharging through your app twice today, both were successful(money deducted) without confirmation messages on recharges. Any ongoing issue?

    Complaint by VI customer that his no. has been switched off by Vodafone & now VI not activating it despite all bills being clear. The Ph is associated with Bank accounts and he is afraid it's a deliberate fraud by VI. Total blackmail. Pls help @AshwiniVaishnaw @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare FINAL WARNING:This level of service is absolutely unacceptable! My internet has been painfully slow for over a month despite repeated complaints.For the past week,even calling has been a problem. I complained again 5 days ago and was promised a fix within 4 days.

    @ViCustomerCare I am disappointed with your services, using your ₹859 recharge where it was mentioned that this plan includes unlimited 5G, but after my 1.5GB limit the network stops working. I tried calling customer care, but the call bot does not help me connect with a human.

    @ViCustomerCare I am using current number since 9 years i have only one problem, ward,opd and emergency of Safdarjung Hospital has only availability of airtel network, just insure that network of vi will be available there, I’ll switch

    Updated gem from @ViCustomerCare Got a call asking if I wanted a new number or keep the same number after converting to postpaid. I said I don't want to convert to postpaid. I just need a new SIM. Guy says they can't do that. It can only be postpaid. I said I have paid for a plan until July 2027. Why would I want postpaid? So he told me to call 199. Already have. No way to talk to a human. He said he'll tell somebody to call me. Nobody did. So he can't help me, unless I want to waste my plan and pay for the more expensive postpaid. So basically, a prepaid card can't be replaced/upgraded to 5G in Vi? Giving it a couple of days before approaching a consumer court.

    @ViCustomerCare Is this the change you have got? Really? We are expecting something that benefits customers who want to switch from other network. Since Airtel has raised minimum recharge plan to Rs.350/- We assume that you won't do the same mistake.

    There is no damn network in Village- pimpri jalsen, taluka-Parner, District - Ahilyanagar (Ahmednagar), Kaise @ViCustomerCare badal raha hai No damn network at all. Please do the needful at earliest within a month.
