@ViCustomerCare How can I reach out to Vi customer service from another network? Tried recharging through your app twice today, both were successful(money deducted) without confirmation messages on recharges. Any ongoing issue?

@ViCustomerCare I blocked myself by porting to VI, I don’t have option to switch to another network now there is a 3 months mandate period to stick. #All think twice before porting your SIM.

@ViCustomerCare New way cheating customers Shame on u u want to recover ur loss from customers by activating VAS without knowledge of customers. Really shocked despite giving complaint u just care damn foot and deducting money who ll support u this is big crime
