@ViCustomerCare How can I reach out to Vi customer service from another network? Tried recharging through your app twice today, both were successful(money deducted) without confirmation messages on recharges. Any ongoing issue?

Dear @ViCustomerCare, where is your 'Indias Fastest 4G' network ? Please give me the address I will find this so called Fastest 4G of Vi. Fastest ever Speed I'm getting on vi is 100 kbps, 3 times slower than BSNL 3G. Vi 4G...? What The Fun...?

Someone snatched my phone for which I filed a complaint. Today my father visited the store for the sim as the SIM is in his name. The team informed them that they have to buy a postpaid sim then only they will be able to give them the SIM. @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare my out going n net is still barred on 21st I was told it will start in 4 hrs on 28th I was told in 2 days. Have some shame. Once it starts the first thing I will do is mnp. Enough is enough.. u are happy to harras the customer.. #airtel is better option
