    @VodafoneIN It was the official reply given from ur store in Gudalur, the Nilgiris, very unsatisfactory wit ur customer response, take actions nd rectify my issue

    @VodafoneIN It was said by ur representative in Vodafone store that only after 24 hrs he will be able to activate my incoming message service, wdf u r not helping nd u say happy to help,

    @ViCustomerCare am really in big problem,i have ported in to vi from jio but initial stage my number got stuck as new sim is not working and old sim deactivated,executive giving again new sim but showing them number is not correct, same number mostly used for OTP but now?

    @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare Worst service of internet since last 2 days... and more worst was the behavior and response by the customer care ,.......vi customer with 4 active numbers since many years. ... but now thinking of porting the number .... @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare The problem is still not resolved. 15 executives have called me but are not able to solve a small problem that, my internet does jot work while i am phone call. So pathetic a name like vodafone has become. Shut it down but, please dont go down that low.

    @ViCustomerCare poor service and disgusting marketing strategy.. Vi not allowing me to get Port code as sms to 1900 blocked. Wherein sms to other numbers are ok. Last recharge 449 so outgoing SMS should flow. @TRAI pls see Vi wrong process
