    @VodafoneIN here we faced lots of network issue, our area we don't have a 4G connectivity, many times we register complaint via toll free but no use, here around 1000 connection. If the problem continue we will switch over to another network.

    @ViCustomerCare Vi telecom company ko customer k sath cheating karne froud karne false information dene calls karne ko time hai but customer satisfaction resolution dene ko time nahi hai Vi executive k pass faltu ka issue ko etna days gol gol ghumaa rahe hai but matter closed nahi kar rahe hai.

    @ViCustomerCare Just switched from postpaid to prepaid. Unable to activate the new SIM as there is no signal although I have received SMS on alternative no. stating that the new number is active.
