    @VodafoneIN here we faced lots of network issue, our area we don't have a 4G connectivity, many times we register complaint via toll free but no use, here around 1000 connection. If the problem continue we will switch over to another network. #location

    @VodafoneIN here we faced lots of network issue, our area we don't have a 4G connectivity, many times we register complaint via toll free but no use, here around 1000 connection. If the problem continue we will switch over to another network.

    VI postpaid sim delivered in my office. VI guy said, my aadhaar add will show in bill but showing my friend aadhaar address (reference ID) because I dont have local adress proof. Now I am getting tons of calls to pay bill inspite of told them my issue. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare unable to send msg on 1900 to port out. Customer service saying i need to recharge to activate outgoing sms!! There is no such mandatory requisition made by TRAI. Balance needs to be positive only Wrote to appellate guj on 31,July 2022 no acknowledgement no res!

    I just enquired about the exchange regarding my old idea sim to the new Vi sim,it seems a NEW SIM can be bought at your "doorstep" but an old customer of Idea has to go with his documents to the store physically and get it exchanged? Sensible? @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia
