    @VodafoneIN here we faced lots of network issue, our area we don't have a 4G connectivity, many times we register complaint via toll free but no use, here around 1000 connection. If the problem continue we will switch over to another network.

    @VodafoneIN here we faced lots of network issue, our area we don't have a 4G connectivity, many times we register complaint via toll free but no use, here around 1000 connection. If the problem continue we will switch over to another network. #location

    @ViCustomerCare few days back on 8th July I filed a request mentioning how the internet quality in my locality is very poor and Vi should do something regarding it. But the request's status is now been marked 'possessed' yet the issue still persists.

    @ViCustomerCare your agent instead of activating an IR pack on my secondary number tried to activate the Pack on my primary which already had a pack activated. I was then charged as per the Always On Feature on my secondary number which I reported promptly to support. My due date is tomorrow & the case is still open. Please assist urgently @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare I received the call from you and we talked. You need to take action against such sales executives. Her name was Rani and branch was Raichura Circle, Borivali West. They wanted just our money rather than resolving our problem. They made my uncle sit for 1.5 2 hours due to this.
