@VodafoneIN here we faced lots of network issue, our area we don't have a 4G connectivity, many times we register complaint via toll free but no use, here around 1000 connection. If the problem continue we will switch over to another network. #location

At least 50 times, i have tried to send sms to 1900 but the delivery is getting failed. Dear @TRAI is there any alternate method or way to complain? I do have sufficient main balance to send, no problem in network. Still i am not receiving the UPC code. @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare As a Vodafone prepaid customer for 7 years I applied in person at Vi Store Sector 27 Chandigarh for porting my Jammu circle Idea No. to Vi Punjab. I was made to change 3 SIMs in 9 days without success. Now Vi wants me to return to Jammu to post a PORT SMS. What?
