    @VodafoneIN here we faced lots of network issue, our area we don't have a 4G connectivity, many times we register complaint via toll free but no use, here around 1000 connection. If the problem continue we will switch over to another network.

    @HenLawrence @ViCustomerCare Sir same problem for me, if your using iPhone then, this not your network. #vi not compatible with iPhone. Please check sim with android you will get better.

    @ViCustomerCare I am using Vodafone postpaid by almost 9 years. Now they are creating lots of issues day by day. Most of them caused because of wrong information by your team and frequent plan changes in short notices.

    @ViCustomerCare It is sad to hear that you still don't get the concern. Which language do you want me to write in? Concern is that the SIM is not getting registered to the network even at places where other networks are working fine.

    @ViCustomerCare For reminder of bill payment ur customer care call and message 10 times a week, but if some documents missing in KYC just one message and then block the number ,what kind of service u r running,extremely pathetic, reason why Vi is losing customers and business.
