    @TRAI I am using @VodafoneIN network and I have network issues with them. I had requested to Port but UPC code is unable to generate. I visited the @VodafoneIN store for the same but there are not helping me in this matter. I had mailed model officer of vodafone india also still

    @ViCustomerCare my son has vodafone number and i am planning to port away. I recharge his number for data when he goes out but he is unable to use data. He is unable to talk to customer care.

    Hi @ViCustomerCare it was very bad experience with you. I am using Vodafone since last 12 years and i am a postpaid customers but still facing internet issue that is totally ridiculous. no buddy solving the issue.

    @ViCustomerCare Thanks much for the update. Vi outage was not an individual issue, so DM is irrelevant. @TRAI plz make it mandatory for these service providers to publish down time in social media, their websites & apps. Like water and electricity telephone service is also an essential service.

    My experience with Vodafone was very bad. I highly recommend all new customers to please do not fall for them. @ViCustomerCare service is very bad.
