    @TRAI I am using @VodafoneIN network and I have network issues with them. I had requested to Port but UPC code is unable to generate. I visited the @VodafoneIN store for the same but there are not helping me in this matter. I had mailed model officer of vodafone india also still

    @ViCustomerCare (Distt Meerut Town & Post Kithor 250104 UP, Near Big Temple) Wanna tell you it's more than 3 years using vi sim but net & voice break problem till date Is. How many times i have complained but no resolve problem, please provide best network in my area. Otherwise bye bye Vi 🙏

    @ViCustomerCare U guys do lots of drama online, that u offer this, that service. When it comes to reality it is just hollow. U don't have basic customer service resolution ethics. Look at the # of complaints on coverage that I have made & none of them is resolved,within 2 days u close complaint

    @ViCustomerCare Is your 4G signal dummy? If so, pls refund all charges taken from consumers related to "data/Internet". Maybe only a class action suit will wake up VI management to take note.

    @ViCustomerCare You have provided ETA for resolution date as 8th June 2022.. So for 4 days at least, I won't be able to use my mobile number as no network is there? That's a very poor service. cc: @DoT_India
