@TRAI I am using @VodafoneIN network and I have network issues with them. I had requested to Port but UPC code is unable to generate. I visited the @VodafoneIN store for the same but there are not helping me in this matter. I had mailed model officer of vodafone india also still

Am I a joke to you @ViCustomerCare ? In later part of 2021 - When the world is being ready for 5G & I'm using 2G in my locality ! (Hardly I'm using 3G - forgot about 4G) .Can't use 4G as phone is overheating or not getting the signal . You have fake VoLTE - no internet on call )

@VodafoneGroup I'm in Canada and my Vodafone India number isn't working here. Recharged with international roaming too but still. Tried @ViCustomerCare app too but it asks for OTP. I can't get it because there's no signal obviously. Kindly HELP!!

@ViCustomerCare For the past 36hours I couldn’t use 4G network, 2G alone working when selected manually. Reported to CC many times still not rectified. Have changed sim from vi store still not resolved. My another vi sim also with same problem… Pin code - 625011

Pathetic service from @ViCustomerCare. I ported from Airtel to VI, Saturday & paid for recharges. SIM got activated today but the recharge is yet to get reflected. When I went to store @ 6:55pm (I had office before) it is closed whereas working hrs is till 7pm

@ViCustomerCare Your customer care services are worst in the world and data speed is slowest in the world. Your customer care personal do not treat with customer respectively and ask any questions they have no answer.I have complaint many times regarding data issue but they haven't solve yet.
