@TRAI I am using @VodafoneIN network and I have network issues with them. I had requested to Port but UPC code is unable to generate. I visited the @VodafoneIN store for the same but there are not helping me in this matter. I had mailed model officer of vodafone india also still

Shame on you @ViCustomerCare the customer care told me that i used "TOO" much data thats why my speed is reduced, like what!? Wtf!? Then what that 12am to 6am "UNLIMITED" scheme is for !?

I'm using Vodafone since last 11 years nowadays I'm getting many problems. Oneof the is I'm getting 2G speed in my house. My plan is 4G and I'm using 2G in home. Thats suck. @ViCustomerCare #vodafoneidea #vodafoneidea customer care

Worst ever experience with @ViCustomerCare. They activate Value Added Services without intimation of customers even after speaking to customer care. Must port to another operator service. @MIB_India Vi should change such things with customers. Thanks
