@ViCustomerCare How can I reach out to Vi customer service from another network? Tried recharging through your app twice today, both were successful(money deducted) without confirmation messages on recharges. Any ongoing issue?

@ViCustomerCare @TRAI @vodafone last time i checked there was no such clause that if we don't recharge then the number won't get registered to network. Incoming and outgoing calls would be stopped but incoming messages were still available. What is this nonsense.

@ViCustomerCare #3-118063741920 Complaint number. Today @1:24 I converted my number to esim which resulted in loss of network.Since then the problem has not been resolved and you people are giving me time till 3 August. Is this a joke? I need my number active ASAP.

@ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS So My happiness was short lived. The problem seemed to be fixed on Sunday 31st July but it came back on Monday 1st August. This is just pure sad.
