@ViCustomerCare How can I reach out to Vi customer service from another network? Tried recharging through your app twice today, both were successful(money deducted) without confirmation messages on recharges. Any ongoing issue?

@ViCustomerCare My money has gone to waste because I cannot use even basic services like calls or internet If you are unable to fix this network issue immediately then kindly refund my recharge amount so that I can switch to another service provider
