@ViCustomerCare How can I reach out to Vi customer service from another network? Tried recharging through your app twice today, both were successful(money deducted) without confirmation messages on recharges. Any ongoing issue?

Hi @ViCustomerCare, My sms services have stopped working since 7 pm yesterday. I have tried a lot of things but none of them helped. I have followed whatever customer care asked me to do still the problem remains. Please help.

@ViCustomerCare Just to get it out there, the Customer Service I have always received from 3 Mobile, then Vodafone and now Vi is leaps and bounds above @JioCare and @Airtel_Presence . They always get back to me on very short notice and on call. Also they are the most economical.
