@ViCustomerCare How can I reach out to Vi customer service from another network? Tried recharging through your app twice today, both were successful(money deducted) without confirmation messages on recharges. Any ongoing issue?

@ViCustomerCare I dont give number on X. I already given numbers many times using X but they never work. Allow old days customer service and actually human existed and pick calls on 198. Or at least provide process to contact human in vi app
