  @ViCustomerCare This is how you troubleshoot - 1 chat support asks tonnes of questions and redirects user to email 2 email support asks the same questions again and again. does nothing. 3 twitter tries to corner the user in to DM and asks same questions again and again

  @ViCustomerCare what a scam is vodafone doing on app 399 plan they give me as unlimited 5g data but the net is not working also today on ivr ingot to know daily 1 gb net plan as they give 100 rs discount and do this scam required explanation vodafone #scam #fraud @band

  I don't understand why this number of mine with Vi keeps getting suspended. If they can't fix the issue, they should just release the number so I can get it from another provider; the number is very important to me.@ViCustomerCare @vicu

  I had done the wrong number recharge & within one hour i raised the issue with @ViCustomerCare and they had asked me abt all the details and getting all the details after a week apx they called n said sry we can’t do anything Then y were u collecting details from me
