@ViCustomerCare your internet connection is very slow at night after 12pm. I m going to change my card. You should refund the amount of package. i've complaint more than 100 times. But there is no improvement. You always give the same reason. Worst customer service. 😡😡

@ViCustomerCare @TRAI I'm very curious. I have a Vodafone number on standby, which nobody has access to. Then how are marketing companies calling on it. Clear proof that your employees are hands in gloves with them to sell customer data.

I don't have payment issues if @ViCustomerCare resolves the service issue I'm facing else let me port out without any penal charges of ₹3000/- for exit from redx plan before 6 months! I have and will always pay my bills regularly if you resolve issue for which I pay telco.
