    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare today early morning I ordered vip number and I needed to urgently today but at EOD I got sms saying order was cancelled by me, even toh i never did as such nor i received any call for delivery. Such a waste of time and money

    @ViCustomerCare hello why is it so tough to connect with a agent? There are no Vi stores in my area and I have an emergency issue but no way to speak to customer executive.

    @ViCustomerCare You have disconnected a number without cause or notification. Your customer care line puts me in queue and then disconnects after sometime. Your store tells me to call customer care.
