@ViCustomerCare @TRAI it's been more than 1 year about my complain...worst part about this company is they don't give you complaint request number...they just need the payment of postpaid irrespective of their services...in 1 yr hardly 2% data used n 2-3% call

@ViCustomerCare nothing resolved...only sorry was given for the wrong commitment thats it...and your executive also gave Rs 150/-+ gst waiver in bill which is of no use...who will compensate for my monetory loss of Rs 400/-....is this the way you treat your valuable customers...
