    @ViCustomerCare Am having one of the worst ever customer service experience. An international roaming pack was activated on my mobile no and it never worked for the last 3 months. Am in the US and last 3 months i have done so many recharges and any rep is not able to help.

    @ViCustomerCare last time it took 6 days for issue to get resolved and I was finally able to make calls and today again experiencing the same issue that I can't make and receive calls. I know have a Vi phobia. @Airtel_Presence please help me port this number. Need to Port ASAP

    @ViCustomerCare there was no network for more than 2 hrs. No internet, no calling. Even now the network is fluctuating very much... What's happening?? #VodafoneDown #VodafoneIndia

    @ViCustomerCare Pathetic I would say about vodafone service care. I have been given ETA after ETA , but my issue still remain unsolved. It makes me understandable why JIO is customer choice and vodafone as usual ignores the customer
