If it’s the situation of metro cities, then i could not think about other cities and the service they get. And @reliancejio & @ViCustomerCare are not perfect too, they do have all issues, but what airtel feel is like @apple company but can’t able to provide service like apple

@ViCustomerCare Yes, Also please do not make your customers to switch to Airtel or Jio. They are going really up in the game because of your poor Customer support and poor staff at your Offices.
