    Trying to port out from @ViCustomerCare since there is no proper signal. I've an active base plan (it was done today, only for sending porting request) and balance amount. But to send sms, they require a plan which is recharged above Rs.128!! #MNP #Vi

    Please act immediately and stop these calls. Kindly stop harrassing a cust of 13yrs with vodafone. Plz take this on priority, If calls don't stop tomorrow I will have no choice but file a complaint with legal authority. @DoT_India @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Not sure why you guys activate unnecessary services as soon as i do some recharge. Number - 7056347218 Your customer support is even worst. They are rude. They dont even know how to talk to customer. If this is not resolved i will have to upload call recordings

    @ViCustomerCare The customers' patience is being tested..! Seems like they have a plan to make profit by forcing the customers recharging more, the customer leave this network.

    What is this behavior @ViCustomerCare ? 49 recharge changed to 79 also there is no outgoing SMS service. Your customer care is saying that I have to recharge minimum 149 to avail SMS service. That mean for ₹1 SMS I have to spend ₹149. What an IDEA sirjee...
