@ViCustomerCare How can I reach out to Vi customer service from another network? Tried recharging through your app twice today, both were successful(money deducted) without confirmation messages on recharges. Any ongoing issue?

@JioCare Will port tomorrow to your network! Had enough with this stupid vi service!! @ViCustomerCare as usual you didn't do anything about my complaint! All i got was calls to "please file it again" "share numbers of spammers" which i already did!

@ViCustomerCare I got a refund cheque after I ported my number only to get my services disconnected because I ‘owe’ you!?!? Why and how was the cheque issued? Operational does your Refund team not talk to the Billing team before issuing cheques? I am stranded for no phone/network

@ViCustomerCare Now I hv opted to port to other network so pls don't call me again and again to know the reason that is known to u all. Vi is the worst network I can say that's all. Its end of more than 15 years relationship with Vodafone. But i ppl don't deserve such relationships.
