@ViCustomerCare How can I reach out to Vi customer service from another network? Tried recharging through your app twice today, both were successful(money deducted) without confirmation messages on recharges. Any ongoing issue?

@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK with reference to my previous tweet, a month back Vodafone India continues to go from bad to worse in being unable to allow me to pay my monthly postpaid bills for the past year and a half. The person who had said last month on DM that the payment link will work satisfactorily forever is not reachable or traceable by the Vodafone Social media or Custcare team to give a background and accountability on Why that link is not working this time around.. meanwhile, the ladies Ruchi and Siddhi continue to harass me with continuous calls . I am tired of repeating the same over the last many months. Shame on You, Vodafone In. I request Vodafone UK to intervene as your Indian team is incompetent. So for your sake, please check my earlier tweets and earlier emails where I have clearly brought out that the SIM card is installed in the CCTV camera and the login OTP goes to the SIM, which I cannot access. All that is required is a login with my email ID feature. The simple aspect is not understood by the idiots in Vodafone India.
