  @ViCustomerCare I've already done all trouble shooting. Issue is not in settings or phone. You have already identified the issue, location is over 1.5 km from nearest vi tower. You have identified solution, a repeater or a new tower needs to be installed. Patience is there,but it's running out!

  @ViCustomerCare from tomorrow my Amazon prime membership will become renew which is don’t need. 1. I SMS stop with options given but no msg come on reply 2. I tried chat , it’s shows no active services 3. Tried calling Customer care IVR not responding I have all the proof

  @ViCustomerCare Is there any network problem at your end. 24 hours and your team has not even approached me to confirm the number for which I have complaint. I have no option but to lodge a Complaint with Consumer forum before porting out all my numbers from such unprofessional service provider
