@ViCustomerCare How can I reach out to Vi customer service from another network? Tried recharging through your app twice today, both were successful(money deducted) without confirmation messages on recharges. Any ongoing issue?

@ViCustomerCare I’m getting very low network coverage in most of the places I visit and sometimes when someone calls me, it says I’m on another call though I’m not. Being a very old customer of Vodafone, I expect this should be resolved ASAP, else I’ll have to port my number.

@ViCustomerCare am a customer ot your company since you were called Hutch but sorry to say the network coverage has gone from good to bad and nowadays 'worse' thinking of porting my number and your internet is not at all reliable. Kindly improve or you'll lose loyal customers 🙏
