  @VodafoneIN I clled twice on customer care 2 Port Out as I'm unable 2 send sms. The first executive simply denied giving me any "Port code" & asked me to get ₹129 plan. The 2nd executive tried to sell me higher package of ₹801. When I said no he disconnected the call.

  @jitendramehta @ViCustomerCare @TRAI I have been complaining vi since 16 days regarding poor indoor internet speed earlier I used to get good indoor speed. Though my network bar is full still no speed. Tomorrow i will be porting to jio don't call me to irritate I already gave 16 days but no improvement

  @ViCustomerCare Checked the DM, nothing of help, you have stopped outgoing SMSes for non-unlimited plan users, will be porting out. A complete nonsensical decision to stop out going SMSes.

  @ViCustomerCare , i need help, i am not able to make calls to no’s starting with “1800”. I have raised complaint(NC004-121251222491)on 11-Aug, I have reopened the complaint twice, no action taken but continue to receive “resolved” issue SMS, can you help?
