@ViCustomerCare How can I reach out to Vi customer service from another network? Tried recharging through your app twice today, both were successful(money deducted) without confirmation messages on recharges. Any ongoing issue?

@ViCustomerCare 1. Since when are you facing this issue? 2nd August 2. Can you let me know if the issue is with all the numbers or particular number? All numbers 3. Issue? Even with Rs. 31 ISD pack, I am charged Rs. 15/min for UK calls (instead of Rs. 1.5/min as per the pack)

@ViCustomerCare Thanks for reply. I got call from friend and recharged my account balance. All suggest you is to provide emergency balance of atleast Rs.5. You may deduct Rs. 10 on next recharge but atleast minimum amount should be provided to regular customers.

@ViCustomerCare Your DM’s don’t help. What helps us actually improving the service you provide your customers. Vi is easily the worst carrier in India. The only reason I have stuck with you is you have great international roaming plans, otherwise the connection quality in India is pathetic.

@ViCustomerCare Pls allow me port my Sim to Jio. I recieve no internet signal no calling signal. Indoor and outdoor. Jio signals are full with excellent speed. I have done biggest mistake porting into Vodafone. No one helps in Vi. #shame #Vodafonelooser
