    @ViCustomerCare Never buy Vodafone. I was cheated by customer care. They asked me to purchase a yearly prepaid and will wipe my negative talk time balance. This did not happen. I had to pay another 1500 in the Vi office to restart my phone. In total they looted me for 3500 Rs.

    @ViCustomerCare here are few of the analysis which can revive your company:- 1. Upgrade towers in cities where your network is poor or the areas in cities where your network is poor.(like in bihar , orissa and jharkhand) 2. Stop sending spam sms and calls frequently.

    @ViCustomerCare I have never felt so cheated by any other service Ii have ever taken than by yours. Almost every alternate month my postpaid connection which I dont even use gets some random VAS activated on its owns and I am constantly being charged extra.😡 #disgusted #annoyed

    @ViCustomerCare kindly Upgrade to the latest tech and increase the signal strength in order to compete with other telecom players. And try to provide the quality services for the customer and try to resolve the issue which raised please don't close it simply has a temporary issue

    @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare What's happening with vi these past few days not being able to talk in call for 5 mins and internet services are down in Bangalore JP nagar. Frequent call drops, not able to hear any voice from the other end. Not even able to call customer care 😠
