    @ViCustomerCare I ordered new connection on 25th March. It's not delivered and Customer care executive said if it is so then u can cancel your order. Is this the way to address customer and what are your executive trying to do.

    @ViCustomerCare no One resolved my problem till date since I converted my prepaid into postpaid....... I am unable to listen to callers voices even if your customer care's voice ....This issue is still there since January 2023. I am awaiting to port my number after 90 days.

    @ViCustomerCare after repeated complaints all I heard that “signal strength cannot be increased or area is not covered by network” They never acknowledge the problem and try to find a solution. Instead just shut the complainant down!!

And don't even try to call me again .....i don't want to listen to your same sentences otherwise it will be considered as infringement on my privacy as per article 21 of constitution and reqd actions will be .

    @ViCustomerCare Do you know Meaning of Full DND? I have opted full DND, promotional & service communications should be blocked but you dum people sending promotional messages even at 00(A.M) hours 3:00(A.M) hours do you have any common sense? (1/2)

    So i recharged someone's number today at 1203 a.m and my payment is debited but the recharge is still due @ViCustomerCare and calling the @ViCustomerCare they are not answering, what kind of service is this
