@ViCustomerCare why did u stopped giving SMS service by default as usual? Now I can't send SMS even though I have cash balance & validity. Why? Coz my plan doesn't include SMS...!!! R u serious??? Just to send 1 SMS, I now need minimum rs129 recharge...!!! #fraud @TRAI
