  @ViCustomerCare the services are going bad to worse. IR packs which was suppose to be easy are struggle. The duty free vouchers don’t come in time and packs get activated or requests for deactivated being done without the consent of customer. No process or compliance.

  @ViCustomerCare What’s wrong with your network? It keeps showing “No Service”. Airplane Mode ON/OFF is needed to restore it. Then 5G shows but data doesn’t work until I repeat the same process. Why is the network so unstable? Extremely frustrating service....

  Actually I port my number ...... port on 18 august airtel to VI since day 1 I faced network issue inside the home your network not work and my phone show no network, and if any person call to me then switch off show. and I had filed a compalaint regarding. @ViCustomerCare

  Hello @ViCustomerCare . I have an active Vi plan that includes voice, SMS and data connection till 28th August. But why my service is stopped on 26th 12 AM? I have an active portout request from Vi, but my connection should be active till portout process is not completed.

  @ViCustomerCare I ported my number from Jio to Vi specifically for better internet speed. But right now, the speed is extremely slow. If Vi also fails to provide good speed, what was the point of switching? Please fix this network issue ASAP. ​#Vi #NetworkIssue #InternetSpeed

  Left a 10+ year @ViCustomerCare Vodafone prepaid & postpaid, and it’s been a complete nightmare!😡 Terrible network indoors, constant call drops, and even after your service team "reviewed" it, nothing changed. Time to finally port out to Airtel! 👋📉 #VodafoneIdea #Vi #Network
