@ViCustomerCare For MNP the Vi shows "UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance". is this the way to treat the customer ?

Hey !! @ViCustomerCare. Last week i visited a place called Khajurdaha,Pin:712149. Trust me I got literally zero internet. Even calling was not working properly.Most of the time no network. Please check it. It's not good for your reputation.
