  @ViCustomerCare Yes issues has been discussed/acknowledged and that's all, hopefully things will get better if your team takes any real action, if it did get better that would be nice, I trust Vi brand to improve indoor coverage at my location. I'll follow up if issues were not fixed in few days

  @ViCustomerCare I reacharged data pack of amount 48 but I didn't get the data connection. What kind of act is this. It is too terrible I like to switch from VI to another operator

  @ViCustomerCare You couldn't probably get through cause network issue, even though I'm barely connected to network, whenever somebody calls me they'll get response that I'm another call or switched off in robot voice which is unsual cause my phone is never switched off and im not on another call
