@ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS Can you please improve on the network quality? The terrible internet speeds are deeply infuriating — especially when it comes to work and business purposes. The network keeps failing at the most inconvenient times.

@ViCustomerCare, I put out my grievances and was firm on moving out of the request. I had also submitted my documents to other service operator to port out. Followed by which, I receive a call from @ViCustomerCare this afternoon.
