@ViCustomerCare I have ported my airtel number 7738007519 to vi postpaid red x plan , sim got delivered also now airtel network is not working , now I have inserted vI sim and as per instruction I am calling 59059 to activate sim but it asking me 5 digit pin which I don’t have

@VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare I am unable to connect to internet from yesterday due to which I am missing my online classes.I talked to vi customer care but they said that issue will be resolved in 4-5 days.but during these 4-5 days I would be missing my classe.pls do something

@ViCustomerCare u guys have adopted such cheap tactics to deduct amount from main balance for internet usage even though I am not using #vodafoneidea sim for internet purpose. Additionally, CC refused to log complaint. High time to switch to #airtel . Atleast they r honest..
