    @ViCustomerCare Can you tell me if it is possible to simply call and speak to a human over there? The call numbers, phone numbers are expertly designed to trap the customer into an endless array of AI options. Is this intentional? do you not like speaking to your customers?

    @Akshit_Sar @ViCustomerCare I'm facing the same problem. I have used all Data idk though the network was on 5g, so it was supposed to be unlimited but somehow my data is finished and now nothing is working.

    @ViCustomerCare No response on DM/X support even after repeated follow-ups. Multiple failed SIM/eSIM activation attempts, online eKYC not working, still taking payments and forcing doorstep KYC. Very disappointing service experience. Need refund and immediate resolution.
