@ViCustomerCare Your internet services are good but only in case of downloding, youtube and Instagram but if someone gonna take online classes like zoom , or any app like Amazon , flipkart your speeds are wrost. Why not solve this problem permanently.

@ViCustomerCare my concern number 4-121216393905 is awaiting action. I have been a paying corporate customer for 5 years with no late payments/overdues. Why am I not being given priority assistance on an issue that is squarely your fault. Are we expected to just put up with this?

@ViCustomerCare got excess amount bill which is more than my plan..talked to 15 different executives of Vi but no resolution for the customer who had always paid bills on time for years. Nowadays its really worse service from Vi...truly regret for Vi
