  @ViCustomerCare Why my network is blocked ?? When I went to the VI mini store they say to replace the sim and also submit the documents again..which i am ready to do? But for which they are charging Rs100. May I know for what?? My sim card is in total new condition.

  @pib_comm why don't goverment take an action by panalty on call drop or slow internet speed prividing by the telecome company @ViCustomerCare.Even they are collecting higher charges on IVR calling on any customer care but the network quality they are decreasing day by day. Shame

  @ViCustomerCare I am really tired with your poor 4G internet. I have complain more than 25 times..but there is no solution about internet. I just can't download whats app status video..I can't see any movie on Amazon prime or Netflix, just because of your poor internet.
