@ViCustomerCare I understand your team have reported that the problem is due to "deep indoor location". Call quality of BSNL, AirTel and Jio networks is superior to Vi at the same location. If it's economically not viable for Vi to improve call quality, I can gladly port out.

@ViCustomerCare arre can you get ur network up and running in gurgaon? even after @PMOIndia's government has picked up stake in your company, the network and its speed is obnoxiously slow and pathetic!! 2g se bhi kam speed hai 4g pe !!

@ViCustomerCare and now I lost that number and called customer care and tried getting hold of Riya but they won't let me talk to her. This has been the worst customer care experience I hav ever had. Maybe that's why VI is not a success cus they don't look after their customers.
