@ViCustomerCare What kind of network you have? 4G connection is not stable at all..I already take the PORT OUT number & I will move to any other connection from Vi as its become 3rd class network currently.

@ViCustomerCare After multiple complaints I had to raise a porting request to @airtelindia. Instantly I started receiving calls from Vodafone mentionong you would fix the problem in 3 days which you were not able to in aost 6-8 months.

Please suggest how to switch multiple numbers in family plan from @ViCustomerCare to another service provider. It seems neither @ViCustomerCare is able to manage customers in Family Plan nor able to provide better services. @sastryy #badservice

There is a complaint registered in 3 months ago. But the complaint solved or not @ViCustomerCare will be delete your complaint and say you to complain again!! Each day they are proving that bad network with bad customer service.
