@ViCustomerCare Worst **** network in delhi ncr.even after 5 years they dont have enough funds and good network engineers who can rectify the network issue as sims show emergency calls only indoors even after merger.

@ViCustomerCare Took a new connection, not able to make outgoing calls. Complaint number DEL-V00787091356 is pending since 14th Jan.
