KISHOR RUPNAVAR (@KishorRupnavar) reported@ViCustomerCare Your services and facilities are generally excellent. However, in the smaller villages, your towers are located at a distance of 3.5 to 4 kilometers. Consequently, network coverage is very poor. Therefore, smaller towers should be installed in these small villages as well.
-
Neeraj Singh (@Neeraj007P) reported@ViCustomerCare, every time I make or receive a call, the network drops and shows “G” only. Calls disconnect continuously and your team keeps saying “no network issue found.” Stop fooling customers and hiding behind scripted replies. People pay full money for services, not excuse

Sathyamoorthy Ponnusamy (@_sathyamoorthy) reported@ViCustomerCare Still no update after 3 days. The promised 12–24 hour SIM delivery seems to have turned into an indefinite wait. Should I take this as a hint to cancel the port request and switch to @reliancejio instead?
