@ViCustomerCare Recently i have ported my Vodafone postpaid to prepaid after clearing all my dues and bills, it got ported in the year of March 2021, but again someone called and told me to pay the outstanding bill of rs 201 for the month of February. Very poor service.

@ViCustomerCare @DoT_India Issues remains UNRESOLVED as earlier. Lackadaisical Attitude adopted by @ViCustomerCare in dealing with the matter of concern of customers. BTW, ऐसे cheating करके कितना कमा लेते हैं आप लोग ! Why don't U allow recharge thru main balance, after all money in MB belongs 2 customers!
