@ViCustomerCare Receipt already shared 3 days back on same mentioned email id but no resolution yet. Yesterday one of my friend visited Vi store in Lucknow with the receipt. May i know the reason why it's taking to much time. It's really very disappointed service from Vi.

@ViCustomerCare Need help. My father ported out of Vi. Refund amount 3916 to be paid . records by Vi Store confirms NEFT done on 3rd Jan. We never shared Bank account during porting. dont know where NEFT done by VI and to which account. Can you help and pay the refund ? thanks

@ViCustomerCare While callertune issue has been resolved. My network issue still remains. Call to me on 961****819, hardly last for 10.12 secs and it gets disconnected before i could answer too.
