@ViCustomerCare Such a worst service from VI trichy branch. I have gone to the showroom just to cut my prepaid card 2 nano size. 1. They said I have 2 buy a new sim I said ok 2. They check my acc and said I am oly eligible for postpaid. 3. I said, I already have VI postpaid.

@ViCustomerCare am supposed to do or what would I get if you couldn't succeed on this instance. While you're busy in taking time to fix the issue I have been suffering loss due to poor network quality. What is the use of your assurances when there're no sign of improvements.(2/*
