Hello @ViCustomerCare -I think VoWiFi is not working in our locality since last one week. It shows the 'Vi VoWiFi' symbol but call quality similar to non-vo-wifi call. I am using 300 Mbps internet plan. Rest of the website and services doing well except calling. MyNo-9810651431

@ViCustomerCare Area: Farrukhabad. I have recharged my number with 4g pack of 4gb but i am getting 2g network from your company. I have called your customer executives 5 times but everytime problem gets solved by 2-3 days and network quality again goes bad. @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare No response? The 14th is gone. I was promised by Vi that my issue will be resolved by 14th Jul'21 midnight, but as expected the result is negative. No action has been taken by Vi to resolve my issue. Thanks Vi for giving pathetic services @reliancejio @JioCare
