@sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI This is a common. Got an inflated bill. There service numbers don't take Complaint. Their complaint number does not ring. Mailed to GRO to be heard. Despite no documentary evidence had to pay as my portability would have been on hold. Got complaint number with difficulty.

@ViCustomerCare No, thank you, Myra. You guys are too smart - you could see all the charges but your customer care couldn't see the recharge for Rs. 330 that was done for my mother's phone. And trust me, it isn't about Rs. 330 - this is about what a crook Vodafone is.

@sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI You paid your last outstanding bill correct ? Post that you moved out and there would have been a few days taken to move to other service provider . That pro rated charges might be pending. It happens with most postpaid as one doesn't switch on the date of bill generated.

@ViCustomerCare i have raised a couple of tickets for my issue regarding my phone being reported as switched off but i havent had a resolution eg#C003107804402992 , is it resolvable or not ?
