@DoT_India vi is blocking porting requests. Tried reaching @ViCustomerCare multiple times and they are forcing me to pay them at least Rs. 128 to enable their SMS service in order to send a porting request. This is completely unacceptable. Kindly look into the matter.

@ViCustomerCare My SIM was taken around in 2014 as demo card which was 2G initialy now want to convert same in to 4G but unable to do that. Visited gallery so many times but still my issues is not resolved. Kindly help me out asap.

@ViCustomerCare # I am not able to dial Emergency Gas Cylinder Leakage complaint number - 1906 from my idea sim mobile number 9850343317 . Plus , I am not able to send text messages - sms since yesterday . sms sending is chronic problem for me .
