  Hello @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India Very frustrated with Vi network issues for the last 1 year! Every time I complain, the ticket gets closed automatically without resolution,the last complaint was on 30th June that case was closed too without fixing the problem.

  @ViCustomerCare I am using current number since 9 years i have only one problem, ward,opd and emergency of Safdarjung Hospital has only availability of airtel network, just insure that network of vi will be available there, I’ll switch

  @ViCustomerCare Still no update on my postpaid to prepaid request despite multiple follow-ups, store visits, and payment done as instructed. It’s been almost a month with no resolution. I cannot wait anymore—will be forced to switch to another network if not resolved immediately

  @ViCustomerCare #NetworkIssue Enough is enough! For over a month, my internet has been extremely slow despite repeated complaints. Now, for the past week, even calling has become unreliable. I raised another complaint 5 days ago and was promised resolution within 4 days. 1/2
