    @ViCustomerCare How can I reach out to Vi customer service from another network? Tried recharging through your app twice today, both were successful(money deducted) without confirmation messages on recharges. Any ongoing issue?

    @ViCustomerCare Heights of un professionalism at Vi customer care logged first complaint on 20th June through Vi App, again registered complaint after 5-6 days. No response again... Personally visited the Kolkata Phoolbagan Vi store registered a complaint there still no solution

    @ViCustomerCare There is no point calling on my number because there is no network connectivity in my area, which is the reason I want to port. You may call on Whatsapp or my alternate number.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare I got a call again from a fraud number. The person was addressing him vi social media agent, however, he doesn't had any information about my complaint. Also, he doesn't had details about my number. Why the hell you all are doing this nonsense drama? #chor @IATA

    @ViCustomerCare Both sims are active now bur still no network...i have tried other sims in these phones are those are working plus same way i have use these new Vi sims in other phone and they are working...so this very strange problem that these new sims are not working in old style basic phone
