    @ViCustomerCare Dear Sir/Ma'am, I was a VI user of post paid sims, due to bad services and connectivity i had decided to quit both of my sim cards. 1) 8454034411 2) 7400030756 I had requested for suspension of both the sim cards and had settled all the bills

    @ViCustomerCare thank you so much. It's been one week today since I applied for a new sim and it has not been activated. You 3rd class dedicated team and customer service is of absolutely no use.

    @ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar My outgoing services have been barred the most irritating thing is that I am not able to connect with customer care even on customer care numbers ivr saying this facility is not available on your number pls call 111 and same this happening everytime.

    I am in depression of these calls and have hurted my agony 25-30 calls a day i receive for bill payments. I have asked every time that the bills r settled and there has been no network in the sim cards and sim cards in longer in use. But still they r harassing @ViCustomerCare
