    @ViCustomerCare @PhonePe Worst service Did the recharge on 28 March For Rs 721 The recharge was successful on phone pay VI customer care as well Vi's so called tweeter handle Told me that it will be credited within 5 days its 27 th April The amount is still not credited.

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone customer care can you please give me an information regarding the "Validity changes" of Unlimited Packs ranging between 200-400 & nearer . I called 198, they gave me to download VI App, I can't download as memory got exhausted 🤦

    @ViCustomerCare i am users from 3 year but fake promises to customer or customer representative are totally lack of knowledge . I recharged 719 plan but fake advertising provide to customer plan shows 2gb per day but provided 1.50 GB per day no solution till now as complaint 1/2

    @ViCustomerCare U and ur team's obvious KRA is to only mention awaiting response, to be able to close issue without resolution. Issue is very clearly mentioned in initial message. And if you have intent to resolve, you can fetch it from your own records. Or is it that you don't have any records?
