    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup Hello I have given a complaint 2 to 3 times but the my problem is not solved till know in my locality there is lots of network issue call drop don't know why my problem is not resolved again I have given a complaint reference no is MUM-V00470733218

    @vodafonein1 @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS I called VI customer Service to get to know about ISD calling plan almost 14-15 Times and then also no one given proper information and also miss behaved and hangup the call.

    @ViCustomerCare placed a port request yesterday,got a call from +91 98112 04569 posing as support person from new network provider,asked me to send CANCEL <my vi number> to 1900,why such fraudulent activities with customer of 11+yrs;Now want to port more than ever #cheaptricks

    @ViCustomerCare today from last 1 hour vi 4g network is down 4G showing with only 2 bars but speed is very low some time apps are not loaded network error showing and when it it loaded too much buffering fix it soon
