  @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS problem and close my s/r. On the other hand, i was facing network issues on sone of my airtel nos. they kept my sr open for few months but the network was improved drastically and internet speed has become superb. Vi's signal is -105--110dbm (2/3)

  Every time I get a call, my mobile data disconnects automatically. So I can't access internet while on a call, which shouldn't happen! Is this a problem with phone, @SamsungIndia or network provider, @ViCustomerCare ?

  @ViCustomerCare Idea does not give value to their customers, They debit money from customers balance repeatedly even though customer have not dialed any number from the mobile,They debited my amount 4 times out of those 4, 1st 2 times refunds have been initiated

  @DoT_India @ViCustomerCare I still have no resolution and your team denies any waiver for the additional amount that you've charged me for some app downloads. No one is giving me a clarification for the charges. They just keep telling me that the charges are for some content download.
