@ViCustomerCare Why your network speed goes down when we take per/day limit plan. I was using limited internet plan sinch last 1 year and network was fast even inside metro but since last 3 days I feel so slow speed after I changed plan to per/day limit (1.5GB/day).

@ViCustomerCare Purchased a VIP postpaid number & rs.401 plan from VI app paying 2k. Now the local team is saying we can't deliver it to you because we have no systems to activate it . Such a pathetic service from VI.

@ViCustomerCare Your customer care service is just pathetic. You keep charging your customer even when they gave application to permanently close the number a month ago. But yet again, I got my bill. This is how, you earn money by duping your customers?
