@ViCustomerCare please do check signal strength in north Chennai - it says 4g but it is very very slow when it comes to Twitter, WhatsApp etc

2 times complained in customer care waited for almost a week but still the problem is same. It is not resolved yet. What are you doing @ViCustomerCare ?? Highly charged packs still lack of services.

@ViCustomerCare My point is y it is taking two long months to fix one issue. What has been done so far from you. Taking info from DM, Getting calls from customers care, Social Media Team, Nodal desk, Call from Ravinder Thakkar (CEO) team and still the issue is not fixed. Wow. Get it done asap.

Very poor service from @ViCustomerCare as there data speed. I'm trying to reactivate my postpaid number from last two years,which was on idea, before the merger of vodafone & idea. But nobody is helping me. I think that's the reason why @reliancejio and @airtelindia has more
