@ViCustomerCare I never seen 3rd class network provider and service. Just they called you for fake hope. There is not even byte speed solution and your company is biggest cheater. Just loot customer data I complained since one month but there is same net speed after 3 pm. SOU.

@ViCustomerCare Wanted to port a mobile number under Assam cicrle as individual connection which is presently under a COCP connection at Mumbai cicrcle. Cleared all the outstanding of from VI mobile app but unable to generate UPC code. Looking forward for your prompt support.

@ViCustomerCare The issue is not resolved. I told you the service got back at 4.30 pm and then again went off on at 7.15pm and still now no network. The issue is very much open. I have already communicated via email. Please look carefully and then respond. pathetic service. @DoT_India

@ViCustomerCare not able to send text messages on my number. Receiving messages only! Tried changing SMSC number also. Calling your customer care is useless and waste of time.
