@ViCustomerCare Due to Customer Harassment and Pathetic Service, Customers are leaving VI and joining Competition like Airtel and Jio which are offering better Customer Service. Its a rule that what you give comes back to you which is suitable for VI Situation in today's Scenario

@ViCustomerCare I'd recharged my number with rs.399 plan through online. Although the amount got debited plan wasn't activated in my number. After numerous calls to customercare failed reach them. Kindly resolve the issue or refund the money. So that I can opt fr another network

@ViCustomerCare Location: Thrissur, Kerala. We are facing serious disruption of service due to manjor network problem. Higher connectivity time, call drop and server unreachable intimations are plenty. No issue with our device as other networks works perfectly well.
