Very bad network service of vi india complaints so many times but still not resolved last week customer care team said they are not able to resolve network problem , if ur not able to resolve we can think to change to any other network who provide better service. @ViCustomerCare

hello, @ViCustomerCare everyone knows you are going to launch 5G, but we have paid for 4G so provide better service of 4G. Internet is disconnecting again and again, slow speed, what's the problem? Don't use jammer from your software. Stop cheating and looting people.

@ViCustomerCare @TRAI @ConsumerReports I am frustrated with VI service and want to port to Jio but it's not allowing to send SMS for port. I need to recharge for Rs. 179 for just 1 SMS only. Kindly provide access for 1 SMS to me. I can't spend Rs. 179 for 1 SMS only.
