@ViCustomerCare I have lodged a complaint through voice call in your coustomer care tell me what is the process to port in @Airtel_Presence or @JioCare i am not safisfied with VI network. I am feeling samefull my fault to port in VI. I had ported in Vi on 16 march 23.

@ViCustomerCare hi please look into slow internet speed, i made a complaint before 3 days and yesterday got a msg that d issue is resolved bt nothing improved, still it's speed 10KBPS. before 1month the speed was 30mbps which was awesome. Please do something about slow internet

@ViCustomerCare your social media team has a peculiar way of getting good rating. I had an issue today and the person who called me asked to share feedback and said 9 is least and 10 is best. Either way she ends up getting the top notch rating. Nice tactics. Fooling customers?

@ViCustomerCare Vodafone idea is the only telecom service provider in the world who block the SIM of its own consumer without intimation pushing senior citizen into hardship. Shame shame.
