    @ViCustomerCare Recently I ported my number from Airtel to Vi, but my Vi SIM is still not activated. My old Airtel SIM has stopped working and I am unable to use my number. Kindly resolve this issue urgently. #Vi #MNP

    @ViCustomerCare Even my wife got irritated bcoz of 5-6 calls every day to convince us. If rather than call us, u could have delivered the SIM on time then probably your teams shouldn't have to give excuses every time calling us. Very Pathetic service mindset

    @ViCustomerCare If you cannot permanently fix the issue in my area, then please say it clearly instead of giving temporary solutions every time. I’m honestly tired of facing the same problem repeatedly and will have no option left but to switch to another network provider.

    @ViCustomerCare Went to the same vi store...i was asked to wait again for next 48 hours with the same sim.. he said he has sent a mail regarding the sim not working and i hv no other option than to wait. It's 6 days now @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare What I still don’t understand is: If my number hd active validity and KYC ws already linked to my Aadhaar, y ws it stopped in the first place? And if verification was needed, why is reactivating an existing customer’s number made so difficult?
