Also paid my bill, never got confirmation. On your app it shows the bill is still due. @ViCustomerCare I'm highly disappointed. Better this time I am gonna port all 4 connections I have in my family. Pathetic customer care, unnecessary charges every other month.

@ViCustomerCare You could not get a hold of me because vodafone has for the past 3.5 year had horrendous network coverage where I live despite years of complaints. I dont not have an alternative number.

Network has gone down. No signal from last 2 hrs. Tried restarting the device/ switching slots. Tried inserting the sum to another device. None of this is working. Tried Apn settings suggested by executive, even that didn't help. Kindly help pls @ViCustomerCare
