@ViCustomerCare Iam disappointed that I even chose your service now.The worst and slowest network provider in India. Am going to port to any other network ASAP. This is just a waste of money.

@ViCustomerCare 9888533262, it was disconnected due to lost sim mobile. But afterwards, you keep charging it's bill and it goes to 234.82. now you sending sms to bar the outgoing of no 9988417200. Both are different users, how can u harras customer like this. u can call 9988018000 9988018184

@ViCustomerCare If you want to help, first take her down from that position. The way she talks, I'm pretty sure she doesn't have the basic qualification to be a customer support representative. Otherwise every single customer to whom she will be assigned, they will ditch Vodafone just like me.

@akshayamoondra @ViCustomerCare : Dear Akshay, I have been in touch with the Vi team since 23rd Feb 2023 regarding my issue of duplicate sim. I am in the UK so the whole vodafone team is finding it difficult to connect with me. Pls help in getting my issue addressed.

@ViCustomerCare How it is addressed? What action you have taken against the store? Have you penalised store for cheating customer? This is fake resolution and will file complaint against cheating with appropriate authorities.. Any harm caused in reputation of VI will be your responsibility

@ViCustomerCare worst customer service ever. Called from a Vodafone store to convert my postpaid to prepaid sim, the lady kept taking decisions on my behalf without accepting my request. She mentioned her name as Swarnali Roy. Ditching Vodafone forever.
