@ViCustomerCare Iam disappointed that I even chose your service now.The worst and slowest network provider in India. Am going to port to any other network ASAP. This is just a waste of money.

@ViCustomerCare hello respected sir/madam its been almost a year thet i ported my sim to airtel and still your customer cares keeps on harassing me and keep calling me to switch back to vodafone this is just unethical if a customer has decided to not use your service

Vi is not able to resolve my network related issue till the date. I complained 4 months ago about network related issues, bt still, they are not helping. Very poor customer service 😢 @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare Thanks to western world for providing social media platform where people can share their unheard grievances Otherwise, companies like Vodafone take customers for granted and never pay heeds to the concerns. Vodafone is doing it with flagrant and brazen attitude.

@ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India really bad experience by VI every time I call in any sim provider number where it was VI,Airtel or JIO other person can't hear properly my voice even when any VI sim user called me I also found cracking,low and echo voice bad really bad #VI
