@ViCustomerCare Iam disappointed that I even chose your service now.The worst and slowest network provider in India. Am going to port to any other network ASAP. This is just a waste of money.

@ViCustomerCare Very bad customer service, you close the complain without resolution stating that the complain has been resolved, your customer executive talk in very rude manner, every time my call get cuts at after 1min on average, of you can't rectify the issue, I'll port out

@ViCustomerCare smart way of reducing losses is by activating customer's callertunes facility & charging them heavily without their consent/knowledge. It's been happening with me since 3 months. People have been laughing at me for the selection of songs.. Maybe it's time to port.

@ViCustomerCare In a blackout situation when there is no network in Vi. You replied after 3:45 hours. Poor service. I always supported Vodafone Idea but I am wrong. you have worst customer care.
