@ViCustomerCare Iam disappointed that I even chose your service now.The worst and slowest network provider in India. Am going to port to any other network ASAP. This is just a waste of money.

@ViCustomerCare You know what? You have a slow internet,and even a slow sms system you ******* dumbasses . You cant even send a message,how will you take care of your internet. And to be clear, your network is horrible. Maybe Late Aircel can get better network than yours even now

@ViCustomerCare @PulakBi28840801 @ViCustomerCare is totally clueless about anything and everything. Simple suggestion, they should create a ticket for any issue, assign it to a single person. Getting a response from unknown name after a gap of 6 hours is loosing continuity and a long delay impacting customers.

@ViCustomerCare Hi, my son carried his VI phone to Canada just for old records. Before he could decide for Intl roaming pkg, he got a bill for 7k. Pls reverse the same. I have written to VICc by mail. But issue still stays unresolved
