@ViCustomerCare Iam disappointed that I even chose your service now.The worst and slowest network provider in India. Am going to port to any other network ASAP. This is just a waste of money.

@VodafoneGroup @vodafone. @ViCustomerCare Tried reaching VI on 199, for issues reg non receipt of SMS; and not providing promised services. "199" is an ironclad system. Designed by SBI. Nobody can reach the solution/talk to real person. Ended up wasting 5.5 min.

@ViCustomerCare You need to work with efficiency of your store incharge or service executive. Why a Customer suffer because of negligence of your employee? They did kyc then how come this number allocated to someone else, and where is my ₹299 paid for service?

Dear @ViCustomerCare, I did a ₹799 recharge for 84 days but only got 77 days validity. Customer care did not resolve my issue and wrongly said I recharged via Paytm. Please verify and help. #VodafoneIdea
