@ViCustomerCare Iam disappointed that I even chose your service now.The worst and slowest network provider in India. Am going to port to any other network ASAP. This is just a waste of money.

hi @ViCustomerCare, I have been trying to activate my esim since yesterday but have not received the QR code, despite trying so many times. The CC Executive said you've sent the mail, which I haven't receive and you can't send that again either, this is weird... can someone help

@ViCustomerCare Your Customer care is incompetent that they closed below service requests without contacting me. 1. #4-137027923859 2. #4-136789347727 They were calling through Junk numbers, issue is still not solved, nor the senior of CC called.
