@ViCustomerCare Iam disappointed that I even chose your service now.The worst and slowest network provider in India. Am going to port to any other network ASAP. This is just a waste of money.

@ViCustomerCare I applied for an address update in Feb (in store) and those fellows never completed the task. Now after following up with customer care and emailing documents, all i get as an update is you have received the request. It been 10 weeks! How long more i have to wait?

@ViCustomerCare when someone is calling me, they find my phone number is switched off, although my phone is not. My outgoing is ok but problem is with my incoming, can you solve it out?
