@ViCustomerCare don't dm me or don't call me. you ain't going to do anything. I had to buy @reliancejio plan after you fraudulently use 4g data in "unlimited 5g plan" on 5g network. What's point to say on phone that we are increasing network in your area.

Hey @ViCustomerCare, my postpaid SIM has been suspended & your support has been horrible! 😡 Despite raising multiple requests and clearly mentioning I’m travelling (no access to calls), there’s still no help. I’m just paying bills for a number I can’t even use. Please fix this!

@ViCustomerCare I hv bn usng Vodafone since 10 years despite poor network (my fault). Today it was worse. I got the link to guide me to clear cache and history, the link was not accessible, I had no network. I couldn’t properly talk to customer care. App also doesn’t work. 10 yrs
