Hi @airtelindia, @Airtel_Presence I have been unable to access the internet for almost 2 weeks, it's very slow in the evenings. I have already complained in my airtel app but no solution. If this is going in the future, I'm switching to @ViCustomerCare .

@ViCustomerCare It is very disappointing that VI deducted main balance without any valid reason and despite of making complaint, no proper response from them. Same issue happened with me several times. VI not fixing the error permanently.

@ViCustomerCare international incoming has been charged for my number on 24th and 25th Jan. Rs.70 per call. I have not attend any calls and this seems to be a scam. Due to this I have lost my balance and scared to turn on the network.

@ViCustomerCare yesterday I went to one vi store in amravati. My sim not showing any network. When I reach at store and told all my problem to employee. She told your sim can't start unless you make it postpaid. When I told I want prepaid only 1/2

@ViCustomerCare I’m waiting for last two days, I’m going out of station today for next 3 days and want to carry VI sim with me. I have also tried to connect on number mentioned in message. Either arrange to get it delivered before 10:30 AM today or cancel the order.
