Hi @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS Why do you not send any final bill to the customer who ported out because of your poor network? Why you people call directly to pay the bill without any prior text, email? I was your customer for 9+ yrs and I'm glad that I'm not anymore.

As a consumer I want to sue @VodafoneIN and drag them to court for their horrible service,after complaints the network works just fine and after couple of hours it’s back to its worst ..
