@VodafoneIN I tried to port the number however got rejected due to contractual obligations. May I know the what contract exist with us? Unable to call customer care after migration to Vodafone from Idea network. And even facing data issue.

Like previous they are nt charging from main balance. Is this feasible to do recharge of 128 and above to send only 1 sms? Like TV why don't company have different packs for different service?I am customer frm 10yrs @ViCustomerCare do something otherwise I will PORT out this no.

@ViCustomerCare The @ViCustomerCare didnt call me saying that my call dropping, network related issues have been sorted in last more than a year. It calls me four times a day to remind that I haven't paid Rs two hundred, yes Rs. 200/- and the due date has lapsed. That's their priority.
