    @VodafoneIN I tried to port the number however got rejected due to contractual obligations. May I know the what contract exist with us? Unable to call customer care after migration to Vodafone from Idea network. And even facing data issue.

During porting 10 people called ,now when they deliver a defective sim I have to go out in 43 degrees heat and get it resolved , what was originally VI's fault @Vodacom @ViCustomerCare now I lose 7 year old no

    @ViCustomerCare Very very poor service, zero network at pin code 799101 and unable to even generate UPC to port the number. Customer care person is also very rude and unsupportive.
