I need to take a flight worth 12K to go to Pune to do my KYC in the nearest Vi store and pay Rs.50 for number reactivation. I'm in Chennai right now. Most absurd policy and process.

Your infrastructure is not good, the network is not available outdoors within 500 meters to 1 km of the tower.
