    @VodafoneIN I tried to port the number however got rejected due to contractual obligations. May I know the what contract exist with us? Unable to call customer care after migration to Vodafone from Idea network. And even facing data issue.

    @ViCustomerCare Where was it addressed? We couldn't speak as i didn't had any VI network and call got disconnected @DoT_India Request if you can take some action if you have authority or reply us not to keep you in loop.

    @ViCustomerCare how can you block a number on call without verification that number is answer or not please make sure the called person not use your service as gambling verify to call customer number before block number it's request. my friend number blocked by someone 2 time

    @ViCustomerCare I had government plan on my number 8140161966. But you have converted it in RedX plan. When i talk with customer care executive they ask me to visit Vi store. Vi store executive told that activate 399/- plan and come after one month.
