    @VodafoneIN I tried to port the number however got rejected due to contractual obligations. May I know the what contract exist with us? Unable to call customer care after migration to Vodafone from Idea network. And even facing data issue.

    @VodafoneIN Not able to connect to the 4G network. Neither the internet is working nor the calls. And the customer care agents says that the system is being upgraded so it will work after 12 midnight. Kindly provide a feasible solution. Suffering alot from last 4-5 days. #port

    @ViCustomerCare Plz make sure u don't bill for 39 rs charged against caller tune as it never got activated and this being the reason I have initiated porting process with other vendor. Plz generate bill pro rata basis.
