  @ViCustomerCare You guys are taking my problem way to easy. My brother @shashank_2506 has to pay his tuition fees from a bank account which is unfortunately connected to your service. And due to norma the otp is sent to his number only which is accessible only when the number is active.

  @ViCustomerCare International Roaming not activated. Customer care helpless, couldn't resolve issue. Gave a resolution time of 6 days. Wife not able to make/receive calls. Please refund international roaming pack and recharge amount.
