    Our @reliancejio WiFi has not been working since Wed 18 Aug. Despite repeated complaints to @JioCare it has not been set right. Very bad services from @ViCustomerCare for last one year. Most of the time, no signal of #VodafoneIdea at all. Want to port out away from #VodafoneIdea

    @ViCustomerCare please stop calling me. I am getting constant calls since yesterday to cancel my port out request. That’s harassment. I have made up my mind and cannot cancel my porting decision to other service provider. @DoT_India

    As has been done many times since May 2021, @ViCustomerCare has again come back saying my area is not adequately covered. After few days they acknowledge there is a problem. They go round is circles wasting everyone's time. @DoT_India
