    @ViCustomerCare Sad to you have the worst customer service I have ever seen. You have blocked incoming and outgoing from the mobile number even if there are balance. What a pathetic company!!!

    @ViCustomerCare Vi is not able to close the service request in stipulated time and they even don't bother to notify the customer. Bad customer service attitude.

    @ViCustomerCare Do you at all realise why the complain? You are refunding my money, (which was a deposit with u), because I ported my number to airtel. This cheque of refund has been delivered God knows where! Now that I am not on your network, where should I get Vi number from ? Common sense??
