    @ViCustomerCare I’d appreciate your support if you stop call drops ! Also, many times when i call someone, i have to forcefully listen to your covid dialler tone, and phone doesn’t ring on the other side .. i have to cut the call and redial

    @ViCustomerCare It's been a month since I am not getting 4G data. If we ask for refund for which VI has not provided service. They give answer that as per terms and conditions VI can't refund. And if we ask for as per which terms and conditions I would not get refunded. They don't have ans.

    @ViCustomerCare Hello, as I already explained to you over phone, this is behavioural issue of the sales person. I don't need information about broadband plans. Your website doesn't have contact detail of sales manager in Ahmedabad. Please provide the same so that I can escalate the issue.

    @ViCustomerCare found that my plan for msisdn 9899xxxxxx was changed on 24th Dec 2021 without my concern.  I have never requested for any plan change. Plz revert back the plan as previous as no request was made from my side on any plan change. Awaiting your response. #VIchorhai

    @youbroadband @ViCustomerCare your sales person in Ahmedabad (Mr. Jayesh) is absolutely misbehaving with the prospect customer when he is unable to sell his plan. Is this your culture of sales team? Absolutely unacceptable!!
