  @ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare I'm not able to access the internet from past 3 days on my residential area. I logged complaint on 6th sept and got a resolution timeline at 9th sept 6 pm.but VI closed the same without resolving my issue. Hope you understand my query.

  @ViCustomerCare my Vi sim don’t have network from last week. Went to Vi store to replace SIM card but they told us we will new with postpaid connection and have to pay ₹475 per month for next 4 months. Is this the process?

  @ViCustomerCare Vicustomercare service is very bad and there employees are not coporative and i will assume that vi will be decline in near by future if vi doesn't improve his services than all vi customer will shift to any other company's like airtel,jio,bsnl etc.

  @ViCustomerCare I had raised a Complaint regarding a Payment Dispute on 16th August. Till date your team and not worked on it nor resolved it. AS A RESULT my Number gets barred. Such bad service. Guess it's time to move on to #jio or #airtel

  @ViCustomerCare Worst 4g Internet service ever i have used. Vi is not fastest 4g in india. In my area i am not getting more downloads speeds and i am not able to play YouTube videos more than 360p at night. Call drop is very big problem. Totally third class experience i am having with vi.
